Staff was great. The property is dated however it was perfect and enough for me. The bed was perfect for me not everyone loves firm mattresses. It’s also extremely close to the airport a 2-3 minute drive or a nice walk. They do also have a shuttle to take you back to the airport…. Ask about it when you arrive. I didn’t use the service but property has notices posted.

Serious need of upgrade

Was clean and staff was reasonably helpful. Conveniently located close to airport. However, this facility was built before climate change and if the temperature gets into the low to mid 70’s as it did this June, you cannot sleep. I woke up and my pillow wet with perspiration. The heat is with baseboard heaters. Only one elevator worked and the restaurant has been closed for two years. This place needs to get into the 21st century with a complete remodel or Wyndham needs to drop their affiliation. Lots better options in Juneau.

Arrived at 11pm ( 2am our time) . Beds were full of crumbs and trash. Bathroom floor full of hair. Got moved to a new room at almost midnight. Beds were clean but the bathroom was still full of hair. Needs updating and the rooms should be cleaned between customers. Definitely not worth the $220 I spent for my family to stay one night.

Great location to the airport! Staff gave me ride to my doctors appointment too. Staff was helpful yet sometimes seemed spread thin and almost forgot my ride to doctor. Room was nice and clean but the first night in middle of night an insect bit me in two places in bed and that hurt for a week! I looked for spider but found none. Very uncomfortable after that.
