Welcome to Playa Blanca, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor retreat just a short walk from Jupiter Beach.
Love tennis or pickleball? The community tennis courts are just moments away, and Playa Blanca provides complimentary tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls for our guests — just grab the equipment and play.
After the beach or a game on the courts, step onto your large private screened patio overlooking the community lake — perfect for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply relaxing in the Florida breeze. There's even a George Foreman Grill for easy outdoor cooking.
Playa Blanca enjoys an exceptional location beside Carlin Park and just across from Jupiter Beach, with the sand, walking trails, restaurants and many of Jupiter's attractions close by.
Inside, Playa Blanca has been professionally designed and furnished to POSHPADZ standards, combining a fresh contemporary interior with the comfort of a real home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests (luxury sleeper sofa), it's ideal for couples, families and longer stays.

Starter Essentials:
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Baby equipment including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys can also be rented locally through BabyQuip.
Important Information:
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documents must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without a permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Trucks, RVs, vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
The latest normal check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals on December 25 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.

Fantastic stay, beautiful accommodations! Had breakfast on the screened-in porch every day, so relaxing. So grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels! Easy walk to the beach, so close to fantastic restaurants. They thought of everything! Would definitely re-book.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and met all our needs. We booked same place for next year. That says it all. Posh padz was responsive to any requests.

Jupiter condo

WThe location couldn’t be any better. You can walk to grocery store, surf shop and some restaurants. Very close to drive to many more. Directly next to a walking trail and a short walk to Carlin park. Great to walk to the beach for sunrise or sunset. The condo had everything we needed for a family or 4, we had a cooler, towels, chairs and umbrella. You can eat outside on the outside patio and relax on the couches. Our only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the condo was hot at night. We put the air lower, but it was still hot for our family. We woke up sweating every night. After our stay we brought it up to the owners and they suggested it was cause we were from Connecticut where’s its 50 degrees. There are fans in living room, but not in bedrooms. Just something we wanted to mention since apparently there was nothing wrong with the air according to owner.

Great location, beautiful walking park direct behind condo. Complex has nice pool and spa with attached restaurants. Only drawback second bedroom has very little storage for clothes. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Jupiter!

Our family of 5 spent almost two weeks at Playa Blanca and we loved every minute! The apartment is exactly as described...modern, clean, comfortable, functional and in an excellent location close to everything. Gary was wonderful and extremely helpful recommending local restaurants. Would 100% stay again!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Playa Blanca. The condo was "as advertised" and very functional. The Jupiter Bay development is quiet and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the screened porch overlooking Carlin park. The location is also great - a short walk to the beach or pool, close to many restaurants.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

This is a great property, clean and bright. It has everything you need at hand. It was everything we were looking for. The location is super convenient. Gary from Poshpadz was really excellent to work with. He also had great recommendations for area restaurants. We are looking forward to coming back.
