Kona Isle Complex,74 units,library and meeting room with WIFI and on-site manager.
This second story condo second from the end unit,near ocean front. The lanai gives the visitor a wonderful view not only of the ocean and palm trees but the beautiful garden area and the hills/mountains. Kona Isle,itself is located 1 1/2 miles from'town', a nice walk done by many daily. A scheduled bus comes by,also a local trolley that will take you to the snorkeling beach (Kahalu'u). The trolley runs from town and the pier for about 6 miles South.
Kona Isle condos are located on the ocean with beautiful maintained grounds. There is a pool with new patio furniture. There is a sand beach with new chairs and lounges. If the waves are just right,you have access to a fantastic salt water pond next to the complex. Next to the 'beach' is a barbecue area with a deck,tables and benches. There are many happy gatherings on the oceanfront.
Kailua-Kona town and the surrounding areas are full of historic and adventurous sights,restaurants and events. This one bedroom,one bath condo will allow you to relax,be comfortable and enjoy your stay in Hawaii. This was a great updated property with a view of the ocean. The condo has everything we needed minus a beach umbrella. We purchased one and left it for future guests. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable. We would book this property again. The bed was comfortable, condo was clean and it was close to other amenities. The seating area in front of the ocean was great. Great place to watch the sunset each evening.

Our stay was perfect from the start. Check in was easy and seamless. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Area was quiet and convenient. We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the ocean. This will defiantly be a "go to" VRBO on the Big Island.

The property was just as described and very nice. It was conveniently located near Kona. The property was very clean and quaint. The hosts also allowed us to check out late (after 11am) because we had a late evening flight and they did not have anyone checking in that day.

Great location and very nice corner unit with an ocean view.

The unit is nicely finished and has a great ocean view. The property was perfect for relaxing during the day by pool or ocean and pool was refreshing.

Beautifully updated unit, great pool and ocean lounging area. Mostly senior adults so nice and quiet. Only issue was noise from unit above, likely due to wooden construction. Overall a great time and would return.

As advertised. Nicely remodeled and we found it a great place to stay while we were exploring the island. Quiet well kept buildings and grounds. Walkable to town. We felt at home and could have stayed longer!

A beautiful stay!

We had such a wonderful time in Kona, and we had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment is plenty roomy (especially for two adults). Steps away from a public saltwater pool. A quick drive or ~20 minute walk from the city center. Hosts also provided towels, chairs, and snorkle gear that we used throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

One week Big Island Adventure

We are retired seniors trying to visit the major islands. This unit was wonderful! Very clean. Newly remodeled, and a perfect location. We had a great stay and had great communications with the owners Brad and Jennifer! Highly recommend!

Very Nice Place! Made it easy to enjoy vacation!

Very clean and nicely accessorized to make your vacation very enjoyable. The location of the unit makes it easy to access the pool and the outside locations of this property. The assigned parking makes it very easy to park your car. Modern and updated unit and would definitely stay again!

Hidden gem in Kona

My wife and I had a wonderful time. Our beautifully remodeled 1BR condo was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The property is very well maintained and includes a private "beach" area for sitting, grilling, eating, and just watching the waves roll in. There was also a great sense of community among the residents, both owners and renters. Wonderful time!

Kona Isle condo- 15 days April

We had not been to the Big Island before so we didn’t know what to expect. We loved it! The condo was very nice and the location was great. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to reach as well. You would definitely need a car here although we walked into the shopping area twice but we went to beaches in the north/west which were great. The only complaint we have with the condo was the beach chairs are old and need to be replaced, and we had to purchase a beach umbrella( which was left there). As well there were no tea towels or drying rack to dry dishes or bbq utensils for grilling. We managed nicely but a few things could be improved/ refreshed.

Excellent stay!

Excellent value and great location. The complex is small and well maintained. The balcony provides excellent ocean and garden views. Condo was well stocked with what we needed for our trip (including in the kitchen which we appreciated, as well as beach chairs) and was recently renovated. Great space for a couple and excellent location to discover all of the activities around the region. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!

My partner and I stayed at Brad & Jens place for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for us to call home during our stay on the Big Island. Very clean! Amazing views of the ocean from the balcony and well furnished and equipped! Very close to all the shops and restaurants in Kona as well. We will definitely be staying here again on our next stay on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful newly remodeled condo. Older but quiet complex, convenient location, amazing sunsets . Condo itself is perfect for 2 persons. We really loved the balcony and nice view of the ocean. Kitchen is nice if you want to do some cooking on your vacation too. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
