This unit is fully remodeled from Top to Bottom, and has absolutely nearly anything one could ask for on Vacation.
Incredible features that people love: Top Floor Location provides the best views, and being on the corner, you'll never worry about noise. Split Air Conditioning Units in both the Living Room & the Bedroom! An incredibly rare feature that most units do not have. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and art work. Wonderfully Shaded Lanai for Relaxation while able to enjoy the water. Living Room has comfortable pull out sofa that could comfortably sleep 2 additional people. First of all, we really enjoyed the clean, comfy condo! The view from the balcony was so nice. Secondly, the grounds and the pool were immaculate! And the public saltwater pool right next door was really cool. Third, we were really happy with the available beach equipment, which included a pop-up, chairs, beach towels and masks/snorkels. Overall, we had a really nice time and we appreciated all the attention to details for a great stay!

I loved staying here. It's clean, quiet, excellent location, easy self check-in & parking, quiet and efficient air conditioning, and you can hear the ocean from the bed. You can see the ocean from the little window in the shower. What's not to love? I want to stay here again.

Quiet And Relaxing

The unit we rented was very clean and had everything you would need for your vacation. The property grounds were immaculate and well cared for. Close to town for restaurants and some shopping. We really appreciated the fact that this unit had air conditioning as a couple of our days were quite warm. The management company, Knutson and Associates checked in briefly during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Appreciated that. We would stay at this unit again.

Nice Quiet Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean and had extra amenities like beach chairs. We really appreciated the AC units. The property was well maintained and pleasantly quiet. It’s is right next door to a saltwater pool, which was nice. I’d stay here again, for sure.

Great views, good location, a few issues

I have mixed feelings after our stay here. We enjoyed our stay overall but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The good: - The view from the lanai is wonderful. - Nice common areas. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The sandy area by the ocean was our favorite - Good location. Walkable to town if you don’t mind a longer walk. - The AC works well; with two units the bedroom stayed cool for sleeping. - Assigned parking. - Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided. - Management was very responsive whenever we had an issue. The not so good: - The biggest issue was the bugs in the kitchen. While I know bugs are common in Hawaii, this was the first time in any Hawaii rental unit that we’ve ever had an issue. Management did their best to respond but it unfortunately will probably take time to address. We kept all our food sealed and took out trash daily but still had significantly more bugs than we’ve ever had in a Hawaii rental. - The unit could use a good deep clean. Management sent a cleaning crew back out at our request, but the whole unit really needs to be thoroughly dusted (things like doors and decor), insides of cabinets wiped down, and all the kitchen items gone through to ensure they are actually clean. - Linens (especially the sheets) are worn out and need to be replaced. - The kitchen has no consumables - only salt and pepper. No oil of any kind, no spices, no foil (we left some behind).

Fantastic condo

One of the best Condos we have ever stayed in Hawaii, well appointed, organized and clean, fantastic view. Kona Isle itself has very nice pool area, sand and BBQ areas, this condo will not disappoint.

exceptional condo

this condo was exceptional for a couple.of reasons. 1) the picture portraying the view from the condo was accurate. 2) i dont really evaluate decor but again this condo was exceptional. i started looking at many of the items on the walls and decided they werent tacky but very interesting. even some table placemats were super cool. they were very hawaiian and has a wood center and a woven exterior. my goal is to figure out where i can purchase some. 3) this condo was well stocked. they even had beach chairs and a cooler in a closet. plus i found a guidebook for hawaii this morning. i wish i had seen this sooner.

Hawaiian Anniversary Vacation

We had the most wonderful vacation and our stay in Kona Isle C38 was fabulous. We loved having our coffee and wine on the lanai every morning and evening. The view is spectacular! Right now I’m watching an 8 man canoe paddle by as the full moon is setting. Wow! The condo looked like it was freshly updated and true to the pictures. It was sparkly clean and the washer/dryer was handy. The bed was a little uncomfortable and we kept rolling to the middle, lol, but other than that we loved everything about the condo, the pool, the beach and the grounds. We will definitely stay here again. Aloha!đŸŒș

Great condo and location

Kona Isle was a great location convenient to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to other parts of the island. The ocean view and sound was fantastic to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunset. We saw the green flash on our last day! We would stay here again!
