Welcome to unit #1-203 at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be newly representing this absolutely breathtaking unit. #1-203 is a gorgeous, newly remodeled 2nd floor unit in the wonderful Oceanfront Building#1 at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the attention to detail is incredible.

Building 1 is incredibly special because of its location within the development. The topography for this oceanfront building is unique due to its position on the land. The Direct Ocean View ground floors units in this building are more prominent vs the buildings to the South.

The unit has a wonderful open floor plan. You will have an incredible time staying at this beautiful unit!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

About a 20 min drive from the airport and harbor but lots of good eating places and a large shopping center just a minute or two away. On the ocean with splendid views from the balcony and main bedroom. Internet was very good and reliable. Very much enjoyed our 2 week stay there.

The condo is in a great location with spectacular ocean and sunset views. The kitchen is well equipped, but could use a steamer basket. There is plenty of room for a group of 4 adults. We had a pest problem, but with a quick email, we had someone out to spray immediately. The patio set could use some new cushions so that you could sit comfortably and enjoy the views. All in all, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

This is a fabulous location and a beautifully maintained property. It was clean and extremely comfortable! Communication was top notch and attention to detail was on point! Our family of 4 adults and 1 teenager were very happy. It was a great spot for morning coffee and family meals over-looking the ocean. Wow! We enjoyed the heritage sites and seeing the sacred grounds from a distance on the beach. Our children teach yoga so we were able to practice down on the beach in the morning. This special family time was one of the highlights of our trip. We also appreciated the beach gear and the proximity to a safe low key beginner surfer spot. Mahalo, Mahalo!!!
