A nicely furnished unit with great views in an excellent location! The complex is generally clean and quiet. The pool is nice, and the tennis/pickle-ball courts are in perfect shape. The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is located within walking distance to shopping, coffee, and a few restaurants. The master bedroom right off the living room is large enough for a king bed but for some reason only has a queen. The second bedroom does have a king bed but unfortunately had a strong mildew/mold smell, and we chose to sleep in the master. A few hours after checking out, I received an email and phone call from the property manager asking me how the wall-mounted TV in the second bedroom became damaged? I explained I hadn't touched it or even turned it on, and that it looked fine when I left the property. I suggested they contact the cleaning crew that came in after we left. I'm glad they require you to pay for an insurance policy that covers "guest damage".Overall a great stay in a nice property!
