Welcome to Rockin Ridge Estate, located on the serene outskirts of Whitefish, this brand-new, modern home features an expansive open-concept layout with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is perfect for you to bring your furry friends on vacation! The backyard is fenced-in, great for your dog to run around and kids to play all year round. You also have access to a private hot tub, fire pit, and grill.

As you step inside, you'll be immediately struck by the vast, open-concept living space bathed in natural light. One side of the home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the surrounding woods and flooding the home with sunshine. The modern design showcases clean lines, high-end finishes, and plenty of space to relax.

The main level has a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV that you can enjoy from the oversized couch. Under the stairs is the perfect nook to play a game of chess. The dining room has a table accommodating eight people. Then, you'll enter the spacious kitchen with a beautiful island, which also features bar seating for four people.

Off of the living room are the two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom to the left is a generous space with a king-sized bed, a kitchenette, a desk, and a TV. The bedroom to the right is a slightly smaller room with a double-sized bed and a TV. In between the two bedrooms is a roomy bathroom with laundry machines.

Head upstairs, and you will be met with the primary bedroom and a second bedroom at the end of the hall. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a couch that turns into a sleeper sofa, and a TV and fireplace to cuddle in front of. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed with a desk. Attached to the two bedrooms is a jack-and-jill bathroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and a standing shower with double shower heads from the ceiling.

Points faibles : Propreté
The house is nice and close to Kalispell and Whitefish, only being a 10 min drive to either city. There is lots of room for parking and a nice wide-open living area. It was nice having a/c to escape the heat of the day and the hot tub was nice to use in the evenings once it was warm enough.On the downside, the hot tub wasn't warm until the second night of the stay, the shower drains were half clogged in both bathrooms and their was some sort of sauce spilt on the one lower bedroom counter that wasn't cleaned up prior to our stay. There also weren't enough towels for our 8 guests until they brought more the following day and the beds are very uncomfortable.
