They gave me the wrong card 3 seperate times. Went to the elevator and it didn’t work. I went back to the front they directed me again back to the elevator. It took me to my room and the door still didn’t open. Walked down 8 flights of stairs to be told to do it again. Took 45 minutes just to check in. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible experience.

The room was great. Only problem we had was our son's allergies were going crazy. There was an extremely large pile up of dust on the vent for the ac. Not sure if it's in need of filters to but it was very bad.
