Comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent. Lack of staff, the same guy from the front desk was attending breakfast and taking out garbage etc. The hotel smells musty and the room was very damp when we arrived.

Good hotel for a stay in the Kenosha area. Right by the highway so easy to get to. Many fast-food restaurants and chains nearby. Downtown Kenosha with more restaurants and Lake Michigan is just 20 minutes away. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C unit kept the room cool, but it's a little annoying because the fan goes on and off all night. Having the fan running at a low constant level would be easier for sleeping. Bathroom is a little small, but there is good counter space. Nice to have breakfast included with the room.

Nice place. Nice lobby and breakfast. No coffee pot in room was the only issue. I had to go downstairs, where there was coffee 24/7, but I had to get around in the morning to do so.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Kenosha, and I had a fantastic experience! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the cozy bed and the spacious layout. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with a decent selection, which was a nice perk to start the day!

The room smelled very strongly of bleach. Everything in the room was damp as if the room was extremely humid. The air condition ran non stop even though it was only set at 72°. There was urine on the floor behind the toilet, not cleaned properly. There was food and other particles all over the sheet when we pulled back the cover. There were bugs and dirt/grime in the corners of the room. Every door to every room on the first floor had what looked like someone had taken a crowbar and tried to break in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. The microwave smelled like something died in it and there were cigarette burns and other stains on the chairs in the room. I took photos because it was so unbelievably dirty. The attendant at checkout was absolutely friendly and helpful as much as he could be, it’s too bad the conditions of the rooms and building aren’t better. When I took my shoes off and walked on the hard floors my feet became wet and picked up all the dirt and grime on the floor due to the “humid” conditions. We tried to get a different room and were told they were full. We didn’t stay the second night and chalked the lost money as a lesson learned about booking.
