This Key Colony Beach Paradise is a private and spacious (2,750 sq. ft. living space per unit) vacation rental that is perfect for small intimate gatherings, or large families alike.
This property is located in the Island Village of Key Colony Beach. It is within walking distance to the beaches, various fine dining restaurants, a post office, 9-hole golf course, tennis facilities, and a well-stocked world class charter boat fleet.
Cabana Club Membership (Beach/Pool) included in all rentals.
Sleeping arrangements are 1 KING bed and 3 queen beds (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
You have a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground level for those who do not want to walk up the stairs.
This home is SMOKE-FREE (no exceptions!).
The home sleeps up to 8 individuals in beds plus 2 in the sofa sleeper.

The open concept kitchen allows free access to communicate and associate with guests in the dining room, and those in the OVER-SIZED living room. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the sun deck, pool, BBQ area, and the water (canal).
The living room is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, and allows you to enjoy the company of family and guests.

The outdoor includes a large covered deck, a sun deck, a large heated pool (heater provided at additional cost), with a BBQ.

The property is located on the water with a 50' concrete private dock available for the sole use of the tenant includes fish cleaning table and 30 AMP electric connection. 50 AMP electric connection at an additional cost. The property includes a bait freezer. A 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This house includes a deep water boat dock (50 feet and able to accommodate large vessels) with a fish cleaning table, water and power on dock. (110 and 30 amp)(50 amp at additional cost)

High-speed wireless internet included, as well as flat screen TV's.

This vacation rental is a one hour drive to Key West or Key Largo and two hours from Miami. All rentals include a membership to the Cabana Club, a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach. The Club is within walking distance. A short stroll to Sunset Park!

This property is well MAINTAINED and OWNER managed.

Danny was great. We booked three properties for the week wanting them all side by side he made it happen. They take great care of the property which made for a trouble free vacation. The use of the garage is such a bonus for unloading and loading. We will be booking again.

Great Value

This is the 3rd time staying at this property. Worked well for our family of 9. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the Cabana Club is a real bonus. Their is a couple things that need to be updated, The beds are soft and need to be replaced. In the kitchen, their was a real shortage of coffee cups and serving bowls. We have stayed in Key Colony Beach 10 years now, and this place is a winner.

We brought two couples with us (we are longtime Key Colony Beach goers...) and they really enjoyed the stay. Couple of glitches with the pool at the house, but Daniel was very responsive, and we had the Cabana Club to fall back on.

Key Colony Beach Duplex Rental with Pool

The property was very nice - I did have to reach out to the property manager and ask him for many things the house did not have especially plastic glass ware when there is a big pool outside. He also needed to get new bathroom rugs with adhesive on the bottom of them because one or my friends did have a fall on the bathroom floor due to the rug that did not have any adhesive on it. He was very nice and did give me a 15% off discount for not having lots of dishware and rugs which he was going to get before the next renters came in on Saturday. House could use some more pictures on walls - rugs in entire living areas because the noise volume is very loud due to the high ceilings. Very clean but would also have them put up towel racks in all the bathrooms along with toilet paper holders on the walls.Nice home but needs some things added for future rentals.

Great stay in Key Colony Beach

Large house with great pool, grill, and dock. This house was exactly as advertised. Clean inside and out with plenty of room. House is conveniently located on same street at Key Colony's boat ramp and Marina. Made it very easy to drop boat and stop for gas, ice, and bait whenever needed. The house is also a short walk from the Beach Club (which is included) for food, strong drinks, and the beach. Also a quick walk to Havana Jacks Bar and Grill and Sunset Park in the other direction.

Beautiful house, very clean, Danny was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful clean pool. Kind of a pain for trailer parking (costs $150 extra). Gave Danny some suggestions and he was very receptive. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a perfect week! Sunny, lite wind, flat seas and plenty of water activities from sun up to sun down. The house was great with plenty of room inside and out for our family of 10 adults. Great potential but needs some help

This house could be beautiful!!! Absolutely stunning location. However, there were issues for what we thought was a high end rental. A few minor (but annoying) issues were no gas for grill, not enough toilet paper or paper towels to last us the week, no beach towels so we constantly were washing towels, no kitchen cloths of any kind, only 1 serving bowl and set of serving utensils. Now for the bigger issues
Dishwasher was rigged with an extension cord and stopped working until we figured out another solution. An upstairs bed had the wrong size mattress on it so it kept slipping between slats until the support broke. Now for aesthetics: Two pieces of wall art in the entire house. No rugs with slippery tile and overall a dreary brown and tan throughout. We felt like we were living in someone’s bachelor pad. There are plenty of lovely places to stay in Key Colony. This could be a top notch property. It has great bones!!

Great property, well maintained, perfect for two families. Owner/manager was in contact with us and made everything a breeze. I’ve stayed in KCB many times, and this particular canal at least 3 times now, this property has been one of the best.

This property was nothing short of amazing. The house is perfect. In the perfect location. The perfect amount of room. The pool was perfect. The owners have went to great lengths to assure that your stay is perfect. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of things. The pool was a lifesaver from the heat and for the kids. The daily visit from the manatee was so cool. There were people playing music a couple houses down and it was very relaxing. They sang every night. This was our first time to visit the keys. We are all beach people. With the lack of beaches in the keys, the boat rentals are a must. It was so amazing to be on the water during a sunset. I could go on and on about how nice this property is but if you are traveling to Key Colony, this is where you need to stay. We hope to be back next year.
