Step into the heart of the home, where the main level (which is the second floor) offers an open and inviting layout, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with ample counter space and a breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a beautiful dining table with seating for 8, perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room near the dining area is equipped with a Smart TV and features sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool and canal. There is a half-bathroom near the living room for added convenience.

Bedroom 1 on the main level is equipped with a luxurious king-sized bed. Bedroom 2, perfect for additional guests or children, features two twin beds. Bedroom 1 & 2 are connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom featuring a double vanity and tub shower.

3rd Level of the Home ~ Bedrooms 3, 4, & 5:

The expansive Master Suite, Bedroom 5, features a luxurious king-sized bed, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The suite includes a spacious en suite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and modern finishes—creating the perfect space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with another King bed, while Bedroom 4 features 2 Twin beds, making it perfect for families or groups. The Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms and features a double vanity and tub shower.

All bedrooms in this home are equipped with Smart TVs or Rokus, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
