Great Up/Down duplex in the very desirable Key Colony Beach! This well-appointed 7 bedroom, 6 bath duplex home has room to spare and is the perfect setting for an island get-away.

The upstairs layout includes 3 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 king bedroom (no bathroom) and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with an additional unattached bathroom between the king and twin room.

The downstairs layout includes 1 king master bedroom with ensuite bath and 1 bedroom with two twin beds ...with an unattached bathroom.

This home comes with access to the Cabana Club; its private beach, large pool, bar and grill.

Please note, due to the number of stairs throughout this home it is not suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.

The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

The house was fabulous. It was perfect size for our family Christmas vacation. My only issue would be that there weren’t any hangers, and the only ironing board that I found was broken.

Beautiful, roomy home in a great location!

The home was roomy and comfortable for 11 of us, including 2 toddlers and an infant - washer & dryer was great, as was the pool and access to the Cabana Club - that was awesome! We rented bikes and a boat, and had a great time!

Ahhhhh-mazing!!!

This was the perfect place for the seven of us - 3 couples, one solo. We had plenty of space and privacy. The pool and hot tub were used daily and so nice. The view was so pretty. Great place to stay and we loved the area!

Family reunion

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone had room to spread out, kitchen was large enough to make cooking easy and the house being centrally located allowed us to visit key west and other keys to enjoy all there was available. Would recommend.

The house everything described and pictured in the listing and more. We had no issues at all during our stay. The location is fantastic for boating! The house is fantastic for boaters! American Coastal Vacation Rentals did a great job communicating with us about our stay an keeping us informed about our stay. Would definitely highly recommend the property and the rental agent!

2024 Family Vacation

We vacation with my 3 adult children and their families every summer. This property was perfect for us. Each of us had a master bedroom with 3 extra bedrooms for the grandchildren. There were 8 adults an 5 children in the house and it was never crowded. Very clean and had everything you will need. Great property overall!

The place was very clean and accommodating. I would recommend this place to all large adult groups.

I would recommend this place but one of the ladies in our group accidentally forgot about a key she had in her wallet and they want to charge us 25 bucks for a simple key. We offered to send it back through the mail. This place was so expensive it should have coded locks.

Our stay was great and the house met our needs. The area is a good location and being on the canal was amazing. We boated to dinner one night and probably would have gone out more, but the weather was not the best during our week, so we were limited by that.The communication was top-notch. They had an online guest book where they gave all the information we needed for the house and all instructions for checking in and checking out.We had a larger group where we had both the top and the bottom units. That was nice because we had two refrigerators and two laundry machines.I must say, one of my gripes is the maximum occupancy of the house. they said no guests above that were allowed even for visitors. I’ve never seen that before in the tons of houses I’ve rented. We had friends in the area and felt like we couldn’t have them over for fear of being kicked out. I get it if you’re obnoxious and loud, but that would not have been the case. It appeared like it was a rental company rule. I know Key Colony has their own set of rules, and that’s where it stemmed from, but it was so strict and matter of fact where it felt like there was no compromise. Overall we had a great week.

One of our best stays

This group of 14 has been vacationing together in the Keys numerous times. This has definitely been one of the best properties. We always use VRBO and have always been happy with the homes we booked, but this property/owner goes above and beyond. The kitchen in the upper unit was well stocked with pots/pans/linens. All appliances were updated and in good repair. The large room with the bait freezer and a separate pool bathroom also held many pool floats/noodles/fishing accessories, etc. The downstairs foyer off the pool had at least 20 beach towels available for use. A gentleman from the management company stopped by twice to check our garbage cans and take them to the street for us once full. We were there when Hurricane Idalia passed by and someone visited the next day while we were out on the boat and we came back to a clean pool free of debris. In the evenings we fished from the dock and fed our party of 14 two nights with all the mangrove snapper we caught. Plenty of room, large pool, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches made this one of the best stays yet!

Great home Great Location

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was great and everything we expected. We brought our 32ft boat and had plenty of dockage. I would highly recommend this home to any family and definately will be staying again.
