Good Place

Everything was pretty good - just needs a few "tweeks"we did have some basic items that we needed to purchase which should have been there, and it would have been nice to have a binder with local information (wifi directions, tv directions, local restaurants, pool information, closing up procedures, quiet hours,etc - that's always helpful). Also, I didn't see that there was an extra charge for a 2nd car - we were there during prime time (March) house was 2 bedrooms so it wouldn't be unreasonable there could be 2 cars. A Plus: Owner was quick with replies to questions (but binder would have answered questions). Neighbors were nice. House located in a gated community. Convenient for the purpose of our visit.

Quality Experience

We appreciate our hosts for providing an impeccably clean, nicely updated rental. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, utensils, etc and our hosts were helpful and communicative. The house is situated within a trailer park but it was a VERY quiet and respectful community. We would stay again.
