Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit.
You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Largo Wedding Trip

Visited Key Largo for my niece's wedding with my Mom and Cousin. This two bedroom and two bath condo worked perfectly for our visit. Very convenient to the wedding venue and local shops and restaurants.

Perfect place

This is such a nice place to stay. The living space had everything we needed. We didn't cook much but it would have been nice if there was a kettle to make hot water for tea instead of boiling it in a pot. The view of the water is nice, the kids caught two small fishes. Love that there is a fishery market/restaurant that is literally down the street from us. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance.

Stay was good. The beds could have been more comfortable, they squeak alot everytime you move. Glad to have the air conditioning but it doesn't reach the bedrooms very well. Loved the view and the host was wonderful and easy to contact and very responsive!

Super Wohnung und nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.Eigendlich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Schade das es keinen GeschirrspĂŒler gibt, auch fĂŒr die Zwischenreinigung keinen Staubsauger oder Ă€hnliches.Aber an sonsten eine ruhige Lage mitten in Key Largo.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Location, Location, Location

This unit is located within 5 minutes of so many things. From restaurants, to the fish company, to gift shops, to Diver’s Direct, you are close. The unit is big and beds are comfortable. The washer & dryer work well but you’ll have to wash dishes by hand. The view over the boars is relaxing.

Hidden gem

We loved this property and the beautiful views! Very convenient walk to restaurants and in a safe area. The only negatives would be the mattress in the primary bedroom is very loud and squeaky. Also, the AC settings were tricky- if it was set to 72 it was muggy and not cooling sufficiently but set at 68 was the only way to mitigate the humidity and freezing. Regardless, this is an awesome spot and we'd definitely return.

Very nice!

This place was perfect for my family to stay! The bedrooms were spacious and private, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of amenities to put full use of the kitchen. The area was so convenient to everything & walking distance to the wedding venue. The check-in & check-out was easy and without issue. I was more than pleased with the experience.

Clean & well stocked, I would stay here again

The condo was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee. As others have noted, both toilets need some work (the toilet in bath #1 rocks a bit, the toilet seat in bath #2 is too small for the bowl). The only real issue we had was the window treatments in bedroom #2. They are thin blinds, not blackout curtains, and there is a motion detection light just outside that bedroom that goes on all night long as cars drive up the road. I wish the owners would consider blackout curtains for that room (bedroom #1 does have blackout curtains). If you need a dark room to sleep, this is not the room for you. That said, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Key Largo.

Clean, Bright, Convenient, and Comfortable Condo on a Canal

The condo was perfect for us, having the ideal number and configuration of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen other than the refrigerator, but it seemed to offer everything we might need. Great communication with the manager, easy access, secure; can't think of anything significantly critical. We were very pleased with our stay!

Terrible response when issues arose.

The toilet is loose and moves when you sit on it. Lights were burned out. We had bugs and tried to call the contact
.never had any response . Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. Get ceiling fans !!!!! Nice location ok equipped.

Great place in a good location

The property felt closest enough to many of the things we wanted to do while still having a water view. We could walk down to the canal throughout the day and see many types of fish/wildlife. Having a large back deck was also nice because there were five of us and we were able to enjoy the deck without filling like we were on top of each other.

Very clean and great location

Pictures are very accurate. Very nice condo. Jose was very responsive when we booked. Kitchen has all the basics necessary for cooking. Great location. Fish market across the street has great food.
