I reserved two queen beds. They said they upgraded us to a better room, but it only had a king size bed with a couch that pulled out to a bed. That was very uncomfortable. They bought a rollaway bed in for my 22 year old son. We would been more satisfied with two queen beds anywhere on property. Still had to walk to pool. Could not lock the room leaving through the patio door. Love the beach area. Very nice and the beach was not crowded. Easy to get chairs.

I would definitely stay here again because I liked everything about the property except the condition of some things. Location was great. Beach area was nice. Breakfast was great. The outdoor bar area was nice. Pool area was good. If they could address the room condition issues it would be a great hotel. The sliding glass door locking devices were falling apart. The room decor needs a refresh. They should provide a room safe. The access assist shower allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor creating a hazard. It would be good to provide room numbers on the outside patios because at times it’s hard to find your room because they can all look alike. They should get better “do not disturb” signs for door knobs since the ones they have fall off everytime you close the door.

The room, though a little dated, was well laid out, roomy with a sitting area, refrigerator, microwave and coffee area. The place had a horrible musky smell though- almost overwhelming! They tried to mask the smell in the hallway with powerful fragrance- the room itself STUNK! The location was perfect, the breakfast was nice- but that smell will linger in my mind for a long time.

The room we were staying in was damp; carpets felt wet, and we also noticed mold in the bathroom thus we requested a room change which they provided and although the second room was an improvement it still smelled a little damp. You can kinda smell it when you walk in the hotel. Staff was fine and amenities were good. Also breakfast was good

The rooms were very clean. And the breakfast was delicious with different options to enjoy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our bed was made daily. And fresh towels were given. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. I will definitely come back in the future with my family.

We were never told about construction!!! I paid for a balcony room but never got one and I emailed the hotel and Expedia and was just ignored. The first room smelled so bad of mold we had to be moved my headache went away after a day. The front desk person knew exactly what I was talking about she was not surprised. The patio door lock was coming out of the wall the screws had been pushed back into the Sheetrock. The carpet was sticky and stained. The amount of liter on the exterior by the patios was horrible, beer tops, band aids, cigarettes and pot buts. We paid to have our dog there but the pet area is just dirt but it rained so it was mud. We stayed at 3 hotels on this trip this one was by far a disgrace to the Hilton brand.
