NEWLY RENOVATED Oceanside Oasis at Kawama Tower

Welcome to our Oceanside Oasis, an upscale unit with a complete renovation. Everything has been tastefully updated with the traveler's comfort in mind; from memory foam mattresses to fluffy beach towels.

Our Kawama Tower Unit has an open concept with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (large and small), should you decide to stay in and cook for the night, or just have breakfast on the balcony. There is also a private laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer. The condo has smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout.

Kawama is one of the most sought-after private gated communities in the Upper Keys. With an abundance of amenities, including three pools (one is exclusively for Tower Guests); a large sanded playground for children; a salt-water lagoon area with platform; tennis courts; Molasses Reef Marina directly on the Atlantic Ocean; plenty of community outdoor seating to soak in the beautiful water and views; outdoor charcoal grills; a fishing pier where you can also catch the amazing sunrises in the Florida Keys; and an abundance of palm trees to complete your tropical escape.

A boat slip is NOT included with the rental of this unit.

Key Largo is home to award-winning restaurants and historic bars, and they are all within a four-mile radius (some are walking distance) of the condominium. We enjoyed the condo very much. It is roomy and the unit is furnished nicely and has everything you need. It is steps away from a heated pool and aMarina where you can take an evening stroll to watch the sunset. There are many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed except kleenex.Lots of room for everyone and clean. Enjoyed our stay at Kawama Tower. The pool was excellent because it was warm and had lots of lounge chairs for all guests.

Amazing Property!

This property was absolutely the best I've stayed at from a vacation rental app. It was comfortable and had EVERYTHING we needed to cook and enjoy time with friends. They have done an excellent job with the renovation and when I didn't receive the check in email, the owners answered my call immediately. The only recommendation I would make surrounding the cleanliness of the unit was that the floors could used more frequent mopping (my socks were filthy after walking around). I highly recommend this property!

Had a great stay! Interior as pictured, very clean and included everything one would need. Pool by tower was nice and basically like a private pool as we were only ones ever there. Spacious, Updated Property with Amenities

Our family of five (three children ranging from 11-15 years old) very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully updated with an amazing, full size laundry space and was very clean. The communication from the owners, Jose and Maria, was excellent, prompt, and detailed. The tennis courts right by the condo were a huge plus, and my son enjoyed fishing. We dove out of Key Largo and will definitely come back to dive and stay again. Thank you!
