Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit. You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Check in process was easy, communication was great, and the location was superb! Central to everything we needed to do while attending a wedding in Key Largo. South Florida family vacation

Condo was a great place to explore the National Parks and the Keys. The condo was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could use refreshing and minor repairs but it did not in any way impact our stay and we had a wonderful time.
