The hotel works very well for a short stay. For 1–2 nights, it’s a excellent option. However, for a longer stay (like 8 nights), it becomes less comfortable. During vacations, we expect to relax and not worry about making the bed or cleaning the room. Since housekeeping service is not offered, it can be inconvenient for guests staying many days. Overall, good for short stays, but not ideal for longer vacations.

Room clean. Staff friendly. Liked the old school charm of this resort. Bathroom was small and dated. Took a long time to get shower water temp adjusted. Smelled like urine in the room one morning. Like maybe the septic system wasn’t working sufficiently. But overall really like the resort and all it offered.

The laundry service is a great add, the property is well up kept and clean. The pool is not heated but really nice and stays open late which is great! The ladies at the front desk are awesome!!
