Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

Unfortunate stay at this place. Outdated, broken items, uncomfortable beds and no smart TVs. Location is the only good thing. Pool is heated and clean but the back yard is unkept and unsafe. Poor communication when issue arose. Limited towels. Tried to use dryer and found it broken the day before we checked out and explained we had no towels and clothes were laid out to dry. It took them 2 hours to respond AFTER we messaged them again. The response was “we will let maintenance know” and then no one showed up with towels or repair. They are on time with telling you what they need but do not help when needed. Very sad that we expected a beautiful get away and this place did not live up to expectations. Just lack of care.

Clean beds and towels but need new pillows. Need more toiletries than small bar of soap. Minimally furnished living room. Floors filthy. Dryer didn’t work. Parking single file in driveway for only 3 of 4 units. So lots of car rodeo. And expensive public parking if your unit loses out. Convenient location. Responsive location.

The Paradise Suite was exactly what we needed! Close enough to Duval and all the attractions however still tucked into the neighborhood, which is very cool! The rental was very clean and exactly how they present it on the site. Having a pool and parking was a real bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

You seriously cannot beat the location. Super close to Duval and very walkable. The space itself was clean upon arrival and the host company was very attentive and responsive. They sent reminder texts as it got closer to check in and check out which were very helpful. A fully stocked kitchen (minus the food) and plenty of clean towels. The only thing I wish they had more of was toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as the containers provided are extremely tiny and you will most likely need to purchase more or bring your own. Additionally, I advise bringing your own hair dryer and the one provided is a tiny plug in the wall and not super powerful.

Very satisfied

Everything was as described, clean, and well appointed. We didn’t want for anything, the place was set up with all the necessities. Coffee, paper towels, pool towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Even came with detergent !! Cold fridge, range, microwave, dishes, etc; the list goes on and on. My one and only complaint, is one of the many roosters in the neighborhood started crowing, right outside our bedroom window, starting at 4:30 am. Grrrr
.. Other than that, it’s a nice place !!!

You cannot beat the location of this property. We had a very easy check in and great communication with the management company. It was clean with plenty of towels. We had such a great time! Thank you for sharing your property.

Great location

The unit was comfortable and in a great location. The pool area in the back was very nice and plenty of room even when sharing with people in other units. The pool was clean and warm. This is located 1 block from Duval and a reasonable walk to just about anywhere. The roosters have no respect for our sleep - but that is the case anywhere on Key West! :) We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return.

Nice place. Didnt use pool but spacious and relaxing to sit by. Location close to walking to everything in a few minutes (bars, grocery, restaurants, etc). Kitchen could use some extra utensils/pans to make more useful. Would stay again.
