CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


Poolside Breeze is a nicely decorated two bedroom 1st floor condominium with an excellent location very close to the pool. Poolside Breeze has an extra large floor plan with an extensive private balcony.
Gorgeous new Kitchen renovated in 2018. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding glass doors that open on to the private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard of 1800 Atlantic. There is a full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen and a dining room area that seats 6. Full size washer & dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and for your convenience there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living room. The unit has wireless internet. There are Mexican tiled floors in the living room and hallways with carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the tranquility that this property has to offer.

Minimum length of stay requirement may be in place depending on high/low seasons. For stays shorter than 4 nights please contact the office or email your inquiry.

Overall, we thought the place was OK. We had several concerns. 1.While early check-in was not allowed the bag storage area was in the office which was a mile away from the condominium. We spent the day in town, but had to rush back because the office closes at 5 PM, to collect the bags. 2.The instructions said we could have late checkout as our flight was later in afternoon. We were willing to pay 25 an hour. However, when we communicated with Julia, she said no “owners are coming and you can’t extend your stay” The other issue was at 9:40 AM a bunch of ladies from the services department barged into the apartment at 9:40 AM without prior notice, wanting to make sure that we were going to leave at 10 AM. When we asked them if the owner who here, they said that was not true.3. We contacted them several times during the stay to provide us trash bags. Unfortunately, we never received any during the week. We had to make several trips to the dumpster. 4.The furniture was old and uncomfortable. One of the sofas in the living room was extremely soft and you sank down all the way. As a family we couldn’t sit together in that area. 5.We appreciated the heads up fact that there was going to be construction on site. We did not feel it was noisy as a result. I hope you can screen properties better and give this feedback to the management company. On balance, I’m not sure we’ll come back here again, as we thought value for the daily rate was qu

Great location. Very clean condo and property. Easy access to downtown. Only negative was living room sofa and love seat cushions had very little padding so we were unable to sit on them. Otherwise, simply wonderful and would rent at the same location again.

Wonderful location right on the south shore of Key West! Unit was clean and spacious for our party of 4. The pool and spa were immaculate and comfortable. Wonderful view of the ocean. Covered parking in secured garage along with secured building. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The condo was amazing! So spacious and beautiful. We loved the big wrap around balcony. Very private! However, we weren’t aware of the nearness of the low flying, loud, military aircraft. The only other thing is the washing machine is easily unbalanced and I wouldn’t leave it unattended. But, I strongly recommend this condo.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Key West. The condo complex is impeccably maintained, with gorgeous sunrise views, plenty of places to lay out, a large pool and hot tub, even a sauna! The unit itself has a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need including a regular coffee pot and a citrus juicer. The property management company was quick to respond when I had a question upon check in. Easy 15 Uber to downtown areas, and ubers went plentiful. Everything ran smoothly, we had a great trip, and we look forward to coming back!

Large appartement, very clean and nicely decorated. Great set-up with pool, hot-tub, Sauna etc. One damaged bed was repaired instantly. Would definitely book again, but for longer. Thank you!!

There were a couple of broken chairs on the balcony and the permanent residents were not very accepting of small children but it is wonderful for adults and older children

A nice stay outside of the hustle and bustle

We had a very nice stay. The pool overlooking the ocean exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time renting bikes and biking around the island each day. The property itself is a bit dated, but can understand that for the reasonable price. The host was very responsive to any requests we had before and during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Can't go wrong here

The unit was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved sitting by the saltwater pool and taking in the view. The location is great. It's far enough away from all the bars and restaurants that you have a very peaceful setting, but also easily walk-able. It's about a 45 minute walk into the main part of town. We would definitely stay here again.
