No elevators & we were on the 3rd floor caused some inconvenience for my elderly mother. Room had an old musky smell also I think this place had mold because after sometime we noticed moisture in the air but we could be wrong. I would give this place a 3 out of 10.

Great location for visiting Mr. Rushmore and walking around shopping or eating out. Beware, no elevators in this 3 story building. If you cannot climb stairs make sure you call to request a first floor room.

Location is very convenient with many options of restaurants and shop within walking distance. Mount Rushmore is about 15 minutes drive away, Room size is big, basic amenities but very clean. Free coffee and tea served in the front office

They were very kind and polite. The only problem was no elevator. They couldn't put me on a ground floor, but they tried several times. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, quiet, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The mattresses are in need of being replaced, which I mentioned to the desk person. Hopefully, they will replace them. The price was fair. If mattresses are actually updated, I would stay again. It's not fancy, no breakfast, no restaurant on the property, but good location.

We stayed 1 night in Keystone. The hotel is conveniently located to most of the tourist shopping. They don’t serve breakfast and we were referred to Sam’s buffet. It was $20 pp. pretty expensive for breakfast. But the hotel was great. Quick check in and quiet stay.

This place was great! Hotels.com messed up and never booked our stay (even though they sent reminder emails of our stay). Keystone Boardwalk took care of us so we could still be enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend Keystone Boardwalk. I would not recommend Hotels.com since messed up and tried blaming everyone else and had minimal effort in trying to resolve the problem they made.

Great choice

Wonderful place, clean and comfortable EXCEPT the backup alarms at very early in the morning from next door. Located right in the middle of town and very close to Mt Rushmore. Helpful staff, lovely lobby, nice stay.

Just a quick stop but the hotel staff was friendly and room was very comfortable & clean. Be advised there is a Trump merchandise tent in the parking lot. I wasn’t comfortable enough to ask if it was sponsored by the hotel. If so, I may have chosen a different hotel.
