To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Gorgeous, very comfortable, fully fitted out apartment. Great kitchen. Big TV. Washer and Dryer. Two bathrooms. Two private outdoor patios, one with a view of the ocean. Located near condo pool. Quiet. Car park space. Wanted for nothing. They provided beach chairs, fins, snorkel, goggles, beach toys and more. Matt was awesome, very responsive, helpful, a great communicator. Highly recommend. Will be back!!

Great Unit!

We have been staying at the Maui Kamaole for 25 years and this was probably our best unit yet. Very clean. Beautiful upgrades. Master bed was decent, just a little firm for my personal taste. Plenty of beach gear (some of the chairs are on their last leg though). Well appointed kitchen. Living room pull out sofa bed is pretty rough, my teen thought she would sleep there until we pulled it out. Mattress was all springs, very creaky and internal fabric coming off. Sofa itself was ok but definitely not big enough for two people to comfortably lounge and stretch out. Access to both pools was great, this is a prime central location. Overall we will choose this unit over and over and highly recommend.

A Little Less Kid Friendly Than Expected

Overall the condo was exactly as advertised - super clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Grounds are well maintained and the 2 pools are really nice. My only criticism (and this is nitpicking) is the complex seems more geared for adults, less so for kids. Lots of “rules” about the pool while not necessarily harshly enforced it gives the vibe that kid fun is not welcome and frowned upon. Totally understandable that the people who live there don’t want a water park environment year round but the reiteration of rules over the course of the trip made hanging out at the pool and complex a little less enjoyable. Otherwise we really enjoyed the unit itself and the proximity to all the beaches, restaurants and shops in Wailea.

Maui kamaole

This is our third stay at the Maui Kamaole, but the first in this particular unit. We would definitely look to re book this unit as it is perfectly situated between the two pools, and has a nice grassy area close to the bbq. Great for kids. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location within the complex was perfect. We could even see a sliver of the ocean standing in the lanai. Unfortunately the unit needs to be updated. Air conditioner in master was loud and kept us up most nights. We love the property complex. Hopefully owners will update and make the unit look more Hawaii like in decor and color.

Spotless, exceptionally responsive management, great bed. Located between 2 pools, easy walk to beach, trail and neighborhoods. Beautifully landscaped. It is very well equipped for cooking and beach activities. We enjoyed our 3 week stay!

Just a couple suggestions it would be helpful to know where to park your car when I arrived. And you have four remote controls and you still can’t figure out how to turn the TV on , leave directions on how to make the system run

Generally good - easy to find. Easy access from parking, no stairs. Quiet. Condo was generally clean and very well stocked with things you need in kitchen. Not a fan of indoor carpeting in a tropical country, should really be tiled all around. Condo could use some updating together with newer towels and sheets.
