This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable..however, the tv in the bedroom worked off and on and was âfixedâtwice but kept breaking downâŠvery frustrating
We have stayed in this unit many times. Never before any issues. This time, the kitchen counter/sink area and the bathroom sink and toilet area had cockroaches the entire time. Roach bait cups were present on the kitchen sink and under the sink. Both appeared to be untouched by the roaches. We stayed in Kaanapali for our second week and when we opened our cosmetics, out popped a roach.
As far as communications with the property manager/s:
Too much communication and too much hassle to get in to the unit. People want confirmation of their reservation, and an easy way to get in to their unit without constantly being contacted by Alii for one reason or another. I am on vacation, not at the beck and call of your management team. Do not want my time wasted talking to management. Give your client the door code and leave them alone unless they call you. And by the way, your harassment regarding a credit card deposit was unusual and not warranted. You were paid in advance for our stay. We were long term renters at Elua. Never an issue when Destination Resorts managed.
