Older style cozy condo with a great view.

Property is older and the screen door on the deck worn out and barely slides without a lot of force (probably not good for older folks to fight). The knobes on the louvered windows have to pushed against really hard to close louvers or the knobes just unscrew out. Other then that, the condo was comfortable and appliances were newer and fine. There was a minor problem with some tiny baby roaches coming out in the kitchen counter areas. Management was made aware and said they would be erradicated once I checked out...really a minor issue and was no problem to deal with for my short stay. All the staff on property were really nice and the condo on the 6th floor made for a view of the water and nice trade wind breezes in the evening. Most things you need are within walking distance and the beach is just across the street.

AC is only in livingroom not bedroom so be warned a summer stay will be HOT sleeping! However the old livingroom couch does sleep one and even though it’s very old it’s incredibly comfortable! I had to sleep on the couch my entire trip in order to sleep with any AC

It was a bit shopworn. The wood-looking plank floor was damaged. It would be nice to have the following: 1. non-slip rubber mat in shower 2. water-absorbing exterior shower mat 3. hand held shower head 4. solar powered clothes drying rack. when we checked in, the dishwasher was about 3/4 full. We couldn't tell if it had been run or not. There were a lot of bugs.

The location is excellent. The accomodations are very adequate but starting to show some wear. For the price it is an excellent deal and I recommend the property.

Don’t stay here.

Place was filled with cockroaches, hair on the bed, bugs in the freezer. Patio door was broken, AC didn’t work. We left immediately as it was unhabitable. Had to find a place last minute. Never would have booked it if the description was accurate.

Great location, beach-ready apartment.

Had a great stay here. Five minute walk to Kama’ole beach where we had an excellent snorkeling experience. Bring in Kihei we were a short walk from anything we needed. The apartment has beach gear that we made great use of and were very grateful for. All in all a good stay. My only recommendation for the unit we were in would be to upgrade the bed in there. I found it to be stiff and any time my partner or I moved it seemed to shake the entire bed. This did not have a big effect on our stay but would have made it even better.

I stayed here for vacation and it was not a great experience. I did like the property overall but the room had some issues. I want to say I have stayed at other private properties so I am familiar with the process. The condo has been recently updated however there is only one AC unit in the living room NOT IN THE BEDROOM. So every night I woke up every night sweating on a very uncomfortable bed. I’m not even a person that turns my AC low at night time. So if you like to be cold this is not the place for you. I turned the AC down and tried to use the fans to move the air but it did not work. So then by the end of the week I was sleeping on the futon that is also not very comfortable. So I really did not sleep well the entire vacation. Also the shower pressure is very high which is fine but it’s a half wall with a shower curtain. The shower curtain flaps and there is no way to secure it so every time you shower you have to mop up water from the floor. They say they give you a starter pack but that consists of 3 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Thank god it was only 2 of us but I could not imagine sharing the little resources we had unless we bought our own detergent to do wash every other day. I reached out to them bc the desk said they might give me more toilet paper. They didn’t respond until 2 days later so I was out looking for toilet paper at 1030 pm after running around all day and worrying getting up early the next day. Save your money and go somewhere

This place is in a perfect location. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance around the corner. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Very very Nice!!
