Construction activity, noise, and temporary restrictions on lanai or stairwell access may occur during work hours. Dates and affected areas are subject to change.**

Enjoy ocean views from this third-floor condo. This unit sleeps up to six (6) people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The living area is open to the kitchen and the balcony, creating a large open living space. The kitchen in this unit has been remodeled. This unit has tile in the common areas and carpet in the bedroom. Relax in comfort in this two-bedroom unit.

Cooling features: Ceiling fans only (No AC) + (1) standing fan in each bedroom

Guests and residents enjoy the especially serene and quiet atmosphere at Maui Parkshore; as such, group bookings are discouraged and all House Rules and Quiet Hours are strictly enforced at all times.

Everything you need in one spot!

Property itself was great, no complaints. Even had a/c in the bedrooms. Updated furniture and anything that you’d need for a beach day. Loved the deck! Location was perfect for kam iii beach. Our only complaint would be the human late night noise from other units across the way and the road noise in front of the property. I only mentioned this in case you need super quiet to sleep. The noise did keep most of my group awake most nights.

Maui Parkshore

Property is just as described with all amenities and there were even beach chairs and umbrellas on the lanai for us to use. The condo is perfectly situated in Kihei with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo could use a little sprucing up (paint chips and furniture). And the property manager (Lisa) was very helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful location

While it's a bit dated it's the perfect spot for your family to enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Sofa bed was comfortable for our son all week! Adequate amenities in the condo to make your stay stress free. Thanks for helping us make more Maui memories!

Summer vacation

Amazing location and loved the view. Love how there is a shopping cart to assist with bringing up groceries. Unit was remedoled; when there was a plumbing issue outside our unit. Management did great about communicating when plumbers would be arriving. Hands down will be returning!

Great location

The location was perfectly spot on. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay. My husband did have to fix the garbage disposal (there were door knobs, bandaids, and other weird things inside lol). We were able to cook meals, sleep comfortably, and enjoy the view from the lanai. Sunsets were beautiful. I saw other condos in the complex that were way more updated than this one, and although that would be quite nice, it’s not necessarily needed. A lot of the beach gear on the patio was broken but they did have two boogy boards, lots of flippers, and multiple beach umbrellas in good condition. The location is AWESOME. Directly across the street is Kamaole 3 beach, where we went almost every day that we stayed in town. The kids swam, body boarded, made sand castles, snorkeled, and we watched the beautiful sunset, all with a life guard watching everyone. For the price, this place was great for my family of four for a week stay! We left some cleaning supplies, kitchen items, and cleaned out the vacuums and dryer for the next guest :)

Maui was a beautiful place to visit.

Enjoyed this place. The view was nice with the ocean. It was a quiet and relaxing place. We had six of us staying and we were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

View of the ocean and you can walk to the beach.

The property was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Everything worked well. Only negative is how hot it is insides. Lots of windows and fans but you can only do so much when it is 90 degrees out. Looks like some owners have invested in A/C or swamp coolers. Thanks for providing a place to enjoy Maui!

Great family vacation

Clean, comfortable, older building beautifully situated across the street from Kam 3. The condo met our needs perfectly. On arrival, we were concerned to find no air conditioning, but quickly realized the north/south exposure to trade winds was perfectly designed to cool down and enjoy life in the tropics. Our family was right at home with all of the conveniences including the outdoor BBQ's and swimming pool. We were warned about road noise from S Kihei Rd, so no surprises, however it quickly became white noise and at night you could hear the ocean waves crashing in that relaxing rhythm. Price was affordable for our family of 4, would love to stay here again!

Everything you could want or need, in the best location!

This property was incredible! Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thought we might need to buy laundry detergent, but it was there! We did have to buy tp, couldn’t find the spare stash. The location couldn’t be more convenient! Right across from the beach. Sometimes we would go take a 5 min dip with no shoes or towel, cause it was that close. The beach chairs, mats, hoodie boards and umbrella we used every day. It was fantastic to have them part of the accommodations! We weren’t able to make the cable work, but did sign into the roku tv and watch streaming on Amazon Prime. The entire place was clean, comfortable and had every amenity you might want. We would absolutely come and stay I. The exact same place again.

Fantastic time can’t wait to go back

It’s like they say location, location, location! The condo was beautiful and clean, right across from the beach this was very convenient and provided a beautiful view.With that being said the flipside of that was the road noise the trucks and motorcycles were pretty noisy. Condo had very comfortable beds and lots of fluffy towels. And did I say had a great location 😆 it was close to lots of shops and great places to eat too! Can’t wait to go back to Maui and to this condo .

Good apartment in good location

Apartment was nice had everything we needed for our trip. Great location across from Kam III, short walk to Kam II. Lots of restaurants in the area and in walking distance. Other people staying in the complex were great. Liked the group BBQ area and that there was a designated area for smokers. Close to the main road traffic load at times during the night. Would stay here again.

Maui Parkshore is in a great location and for an older property is in good condition, we have stayed before and as always have enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we will be exploring a bit quieter property next time as the traffic noise is just to much, mahalo
