Ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled, tropical retreat across from favorite Kihei beach park and moments from nearby dining and shopping.
Natural woods, green foliage, relaxing blues and a splash of Aloha print make this condo the perfect island retreat. Add in all the comforts of home and you’ll want to return year-after-year. Living space is quite spacious and offers comfy seating along with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV and opens to the ground floor lanai surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Seating for 4 along with lounger chairs create a tranquil space to relax, read a book and just enjoy the scents and sounds of Maui.

Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances and all the service ware and cookware needed to whip up meals at home. Don’t forget about the gas grills located throughout the property for steak and burger nights.
Bedroom features plush California King bed and has its own private lanai ideal for morning coffee. Bedroom suite also has TV, ceiling fan and Split AC unit along with full en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Separate full bath just off the living space with additional shower so all can get beach ready quickly.

Additional amenities include AC throughout, full sized washer and dryer in unit, assigned parking, beach chairs and beach towels all for use during your stay.

Maui Kamaole is situated in Sunny South Kihei where 6 miles of sandy beaches are waiting to be explored! You are perfectly nestled in between two of Maui's best beaches, Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole III Beach. This complex is all about location! Everything you need is a short walk from the condo including incredible restaurants, shopping and the Kihei nightlife. The famous Shops of Wailea with luxury shopping and dining are a short five minute drive. The Kihei boat ramp is located right across the street where you can embark on snorkel and boat adventures. Maui Kamaole offers two pools and hot tubs with one located just steps from your condo. Or if tennis is your game, there are two tennis courts to enjoy on property, as well as BBQ areas to grill up a Hawaiian style feast. This condo is truly a retreat to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer!

The extra bedding was in three different places- closets. It would have been nice to have a booklet with information laid out. How to operate TV remotes. Bedroom TV remote volume button was broken. When we arrived, it was difficult figuring out if we had to deal with the host or Coldwell about the bedding issue. Got the running around on it.

We were never able to contact the property manager. All of my calls were unanswered. Also the kitchen was lacking a proper skillet and zero basic supplies for cooking e.g. spices, oil, sugar, etc. otherwise it was a beautiful condo with

This is the third time that we have stayed at this complex and we love the property and location. Our unit could use a couple of minor upgrades such as fixing/repairing the overhead fan in the bedroom, as it is way louder than the AC.

Beautiful Spot, Great Condo

Wonderful condo with everything we needed for a great stay. Very clean and nicely updated. Right next to one of the pools and nicely located to the front of the property so it was quick getting to town and the beaches. We really appreciated the amenities. Everything we needed to cook, lots of towels, and beach chairs for beach were great! The only two small things that could have been better were the keypad for the door would sometimes lose power, they replaced the batteries and it fixed the problem somewhat, but it would still glitch sometimes. When we first arrived the smell of the cleaning products used was too strong for me. it did not bother my husband, but I did not enjoy the smell for the first couple days, I had to open the doors and windows to air it out. But at least we knew it had been cleaned very well. All in all the unit was perfect for our stay in Maui and the property is in the perfect location, close to the laidback town of Kihei and close to all the great spots in Wailea as well!

Disappointment

We had absolutely no view of anything from the lanai except a small area to the bushes. We felt we were totally closed in. The pool was nice but no umbrellas so it made it almost hard to use the pool. The location is a great location but the property not so much. The chickens were a huge hindrance with a constant mess on the lanai. We have been to Maui annually for 40 years and this experience was the worst.

Perfect Small Family Getaway

This is the second unit I've stayed at at this complex. I love the location, it at the south end of Kihei and close to beaches and stores. We loved the ability to visit other family in the same complex by walking through the paths and bridges. The property is well taken care of and the groundsmen/women are so friendly. I brought my two year old son and we felt like we didn't even need to leave the complex some days. We really appreciated the bed being of good quality. I also love these style units, because there are two patios. I enjoyed using the enclosed patio when I didn't want to chase my toddler across the lawn! The unit had an updated kitchen and all the amenities we needed. 10/10 would stay here again.
