The Palms at Wailea 702 is a one-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,022 square feet of interior space. Located on the second floor of a two-story building, the condo is single-level inside. Its living and dining areas connect with a furnished lanai, giving guests separate places to relax indoors and outside during a Wailea stay.

The bedroom has a king bed, while a sofa sleeper in the living room provides the additional sleeping arrangement for a maximum of four guests. Split air conditioning serves the bedroom only; there is no AC in the living room. Guests using the sofa sleeper should be comfortable sleeping without air conditioning. This makes the cooling arrangement an important consideration when choosing the condo for more than two guests.

The living room includes a sectional and armchairs beside the sliding doors to the lanai. The adjoining kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop, wall ovens and counter space for preparing meals, with an indoor dining table nearby. These connected spaces allow guests to cook, dine and spend time together without using the bedroom as a shared gathering area.

On the covered lanai, a dining table and cushioned seating offer space for meals or a quiet break. The captured photographs show palms, lawns and neighboring buildings beyond the railing. The bedroom also has a window facing the lanai, while the living room opens onto the outdoor seating area through sliding glass doors.

Two bathrooms provide flexibility for guests sharing the condo: the captured listing and photographs show a tub-and-shower combination and a separate shower bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays, and assigned parking is recorded as space 702.
