This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Gorgeous, clean and comfortable place!

I absolutely loved this condo and everything about it! The location, the area, the amenities. The check in process, probably one of the easiest I’ve ever experienced and check in staff so nice! About the unit: it was gorgeous, just as pictured in the listing, it was clean and had many items that one wouldn’t think it would come equipped with, there is so much attention to detail in the unit it feels so welcoming (once you book and stay you will know what I mean). You can tell they have a great sense of style and fashion- very modern yet still Hawaiian vibes! When we decide for another Maui trip, we know exactly where we’ll be staying at!

Excellent condo for our family

What a beautiful condo! We loved our stay here. We stay in a lot of condos for our family vacations and this one definately tops as one of the best. Very well stocked, beautifully decorated and super updates. The 2 queen beds for our teens/young adults was ideal as they don't fit on sofa beds anymore. Ideal location within the complex. Easy walk to the pool or beach, and peak-a-boo-views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Amazing Maui condo

Amazing condo that feels like home, in the heart of sunny Kihei and across from the beach. This unit is very well equipped and made for the perfect vacation! The entire property is beautifully landscaped and the view from the condo is spectacular.

What a slice of paradise!

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband and I stayed with our two sons and their wives and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Located just across from Kamaole III beach, it was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for our trips to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to do quite a bit of cooking throughout the week. The beds were so comfy, and everything was just beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for Rob and Ron sharing their piece of heaven on earth with us!

Beautifully Decorated

Very beautifully decorated condo with a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of dishes, pans, spices, etc. We appreciated the beach gear too. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The elevator and garbage chute are very close and convenient. The mattress on the King bed upstairs was a bit lumpy and probably needs replacing. It was hard to find places to store large suitcases but otherwise everything in the condo was great. We felt very safe on the property. However, be aware there are homeless individuals who literally live on the sidewalk across the street from the property entrance. The beach parks across the street (Kamaole) were filled with *tons* of people, noise, and litter 24/7 so we chose to drive to other beaches. These issues were disappointing to us but that’s more of a reflection on the town of Kihei than this particular condo.

Construction woes

First time to Hawaii/Maui. For the most part our trip was awesome! The politeness of the people, the fun excursions were awesome, the beach was fantastic across from the unit. But unfortunately we got the pleasure of being woke up to demolition on the unit next to ours for two days. Nobody disclosed this was going to happen. The noise was unbearable and we were unable to stay in the unit during those days from 9 am till 4 pm. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to do anything about it other than a small refund, less than one day stay there. They were unaware this was going to happen however the building owners knew and said it had been scheduled for months. We are guessing the owners of the unit knew but decided to rent it anyway, not ok in my book. If not for the construction I would give 5 stars. The property was amazing! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated and very well stocked with appliances, dishes, paper products, etc.

Beautiful condo in a great location. We stayed in June. Family of 4 that included our two sons who are in college. We had breakfast on the lanai, loved the sunset views at night and early morning mornings drinking coffee w all the other early birds. Super quick walk to the beach. Lots of beach supplies available. The pool was nice for a couple of hours to unwind after a busy day of activities. Rob & Ron's welcome book helped us plan the finishing touches to a great week in Maui. Highly recommend. We definitely want to return to this exact condo and location.

We want to thank the owners for providing such a beautiful condo for us to stay in. All the beds were comfy, the kitchen was complete with spices and coffee makers. Beach toys and a cooler and a fold up wagon came in handy. Highly recommend this property. Well maintained and very comfy.

Property Managers were awesome. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Newly remodeled. Great place. Would stay again. Highly recommended. This place has beach toys, 5 or 6 boogie boards, coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. All we needed was food and good to go! Close to beaches, food, easy in and out parking. Pool area/gym is a little outdated, but fine. A lot of furniture in small space makes hard for luggage storage for big family, but we made it work. Fit our family of 6 just fine. Id pick this room over others with the luxurious remodeling, etc. worth a couple more bucks for sure. Thankyou PMI and Mahola Maui

Great vacation condo in Kihei

Booking & check-in process was easy. Condo and furniture was very clean, updated and modern. Instructions for every thing in the condo was very self-explanatory. They also provided a lot of beach amenities (e.g. beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. And if you have kids they had a bunch of beach toys). Stay was very comfortable and clean, felt like we were at home. Kitchen was amazing and loved the open concept. They provided all the appliances and dish ware we normally use. Property manager was very helpful and attentive when we were having an issue with the living room TV. Location of condo was also very convenient. It was an easy 1-3 min(s) walking distance to the beach and a quick drive away to other captivating beaches. Delicious eateries are just a close walk or quick drive away as well. We would definitely stay here again!
