Come stay at the historic Bearet Home in Killington! This 5br/5.5ba home was recently updated in ‘22, and offers everything your family will need during their stay! This home sits in the perfect location, being just minutes away from the slopes, and walking distance to many local favorites such as The Garlic, Pickle Barrel night spot, and the market!


The space
The Bearet Home in Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Entering the home on the ground floor, you`ll be met with an open floor plan that boasts a large living room kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting and entertaining your entire group. Also located on this level is a Âœ bath, and the first king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Upstairs, you will find three more spacious bedrooms all featuring an ensuite bath. Downstairs, features a large game room, along with the bunk room, perfect for keeping the kid entertained! Step outside, and you’ll be greeted with a private deck and grill, with the stairs leading down to the hottub!

The bedroom layout is as follows: Room 1 (ground floor) King room with ensuite, Room 2 (2nd floor) King bed with ensuite, Room 3 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 4 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 5 (basement level) 2 twin bunk beds.

You will have the entire home to yourself. There is an apartment over the garage that is behind the home with a full time resident, so please keep the driveway clear.

We loved our stay! The house is spacious and beautiful. The large kitchen and dining area accommodated our group well. Nice big dining table and a few island seats as well. We really appreciated that the four bedrooms each had their own en suite bathroom. The bunk room was great too. The game room was a great place for the young to gather and play games. The hot tub was excellent!

Spring Skiing

An absolutely beautiful home that is right in the heart of Killington road, but back up in the hills tucked away on a very private lot. The amenities are first class. If you enjoy cooking, you'll be impressed with the kitchen. Excellent game room with a pool table and two 80's arcade games. Good times!Dan & Holly are absolutely perfect hosts. Very attentive but still respecting our privacy. We felt like we were at home. We'll be back next year!

Great house and location for large group!

I can’t rave enough about this property. This was the second year we rented from Dan and Holly- great hosts! We had a large group with a long travel day from VA and although housekeeping was not finished, they allowed us to unload some items to free up car space so we can enjoy the town shopping. Gorgeous views and great location. It was easy to drop off/pick up from the slopes. The market is right around the corner and plenty of restaurants. The basement was great to entertain young adults and even had it's own bathroom, pool table, TV, etc. The master bedroom off the living room/kitchen was ideal. All 3 upstairs bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was great for alot of guests. Thank you again and we will see you next Winter!
