Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole house, back yard and swim platform.

The Neighborhood:
- Being on Lake LBJ allow you to enjoy all the lake activities- swimming, boating, kayaking, etc.
- The Slab - A Kingsland favorite is a fun swimming area just down the road.
- Close to Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park
- Golf Courses nearby - The Legends Golf Course, The Lighthouse Country Club, Blue Lake Golf Club, and Horseshoe Bay
- Wineries are also nearby - Perisso's Winery, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Tons of Restaurants!

Getting Around:
There is not any public transportation close by. You will need a vehicle to get to this home and around to local attractions.

Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 charges the card on file.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Guests are welcome to use the boat slip located at the swim platform. However, due to seasonal changes in the Llano River, navigating the channel can be challenging. Please check with us about current water levels before bringing a boat to ensure safe access.
