Made to Feel Like Home...Again

First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there Any and Every Time We go to visit Kokomo!

Really, really great place. Recommend highly. Only glitch was that we were given an incorrect code for the front door, which delayed us in getting in. But assuming that was a fluke incident.

Lovely house but not happy

This house is in a good neighborhood and cute inside. However, if you allergic to smoke this house has definitely been smoked in previously. I can smell smoke in this house and was not pleased. We did not stay and the property manager still has not called us back and I saw today only partial refund which I am not happy about since we did NOT stay and could not stay since I am allergic to smoke. This should have been Full Refund! Not happy this was not disclosed and even spoke to neighbors that said they have been working to get the smoke smell remediated but still is not taken care off. If you don’t have a problem with smoke this would be a great house to stay in but with 2 younger kids Personally No Way!

The house is beautiful as described. Manager was very prompt to reply to messages. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again next time we are in town. Great location, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

This property is quite lovely. Attention to detail is evident throughout. Room for improvement - the code for access was incorrect on the website. While we were able to reach the host's manager immediately and got in, it was an uncomfortable moment when the lock didn't work!

Wonderful experience

In town for a family graduation and area day trips. The house was clean and had a yard for the kids to enjoy being outside. Great location and very reasonable rate.
