The photos are not like what the actual room is like. It was very deceitful. Lots of mold in the washroom around the sink. Very dimly lit. Old and unclean

You book a Best Western as you know you can expect a certain standard well forget that in fact do not stay here. The place is a total dump, the room was 10 years past needing renovating, everything was broken and dirty and the bathroom was like an 80s museum piece. But more than that I found the emergency fire door on our floor with a sign on saying 'must be kept closed' propped open with a massive laundry basket blocking the doorway! I have forwarded photos to the HK Fire Dept for their thoughts on the hotels lack of safety standards. I will also be contacting Best Western to ask why this place is still part of the brand when it is so dreadful.

Nice and pleasant stay

Staff at front desk are very friendly and warm. They upgraded me to a suite which I appreciate very much. Room was clean and quiet, I had a very good rest. Bathroom is a bit old but still good enough. Will certainly stay with this hotel in future

Room size is sufficiently comfortable for 2 and walking distance to the metro. Also need to a well know cafe, with good food really available. The only not so good is the configuration of the toilet with its toilet bowl being close to the wash basin. On the whole, still a good stay.

If you’re looking for a hotel that is close to all, this is the place where to stay. Hotel needs to update but other than that it is a good hotel to stay.
