This property has no sympathy and empathy for travellers. They appear to be only concerned about money, even considering they are part of so called "YMCA".
I had already paid in full upfront for a week's cost, but unfortunately I had to suddenly attend to my mum's medical appointment overseas. Hence, it affected my late arrival into Hong Kong a few days later.
I didn't ask for a refund, but simply for a late check in for the last two days paid for but still had their full rejection (after numerous emails thru Expedia and the hotel direct days before my original check in date). Therefore, I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel given their firm intransigence.
Enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious, clean, closed to the station, and the employees were nice. Every time I entered the hotel, someone would always open the door which was super sweet.
