Welcome to your own private resort. Newly remodeled-luxury, resort style home with huge private courtyard pool, Jacuzzi, 2 fire pits, upper and lower ocean view decks, bbq and FULL AC. Fun for the whole family or your small private group. Indoor outdoor living at its best. Summer masterpiece with the best views of the fireworks in the City. A beautiful gem in Fall and Winter seasons with crispy views, smores by the fire pit and warm weather when everyone else is freezing. Come and enjoy! Walking distance to Kate Sessions Park which includes a Dog park 100 yards away. This home has been professionally decorated in 2020.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Centrally located in La Jolla on Soledad Mt. Close to La Jolla and the village, Pacific Beach and Birdrock. Easy to get anywhere; downtown is within 10 minutes of downtown sites, airport, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Golfing and a quick drive up the 5 freeway to Del Mar fairgrounds. This home is pet friendly with a local dog park just 100 yards away.

Parking is dream with 4 spots in driveway and tons of street parking directly in front of home.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE
This is a large comfortable home with room for everyone. The large family room offers comfortable dining table seating for 8 and an additional 7 at kitchen island. The family and formal living areas seamlessly transition to a completely remodeled kitchen area. If you cook, you'll enjoy how the kitchen wall disappears to the large deck outside with more seating, a fire pit and views galore.

The family room has a large screen TV, bar and another disappearing glass wall to the front courtyard pool area. House feels humongous when you open both sliders and let the sea breeze come in. A rarity, Air Conditioning will keep you cool if the weather gets a bit warm.

Living room is cozy and relaxing with its own TV, modern lighting and a slider to the back deck. The cozy, large couch will be a place to relax after a long day at the Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla Shores, etc.

I do have available a few children's items; Pack and Play, highchair, baby gate. If you need these please note this in your booking message.
MASTER BED ROOM - In suite KING, sleep number BED with TV and its own deck. Romantic view from Master bed is of bay and city lights. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 2 - QUEEN BED with direct access to courtyard, Jacuzzi, pool and fire pit. TV. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 3- QUEEN BED quiet and cool. TV sleeps 2

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Booking is not confirmed until you have signed and returned our rental agreement with a copy of photo id.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Must be 25 to sign rental agreement

There are 12 steps to the lower level.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 6 AM noise monitors are in place in outdoor areas. Do not remove. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Bahia Rentals.

Cleaning Fee's - We use only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law. 350$

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer on the main level, WIFI.

Exterior Camera for guest security and noise ordinance compliance.

For your comfort, the Pool can be heated complimentary to 82 from June 1 thru August 31. Make Request in your booking. All other months the pool can be heated for 350$ for 7 days and 275$ for the weekend-weather permitting. One time fee of 500$ for any days over 7. The fees are due to sdge”s recent 30% increase. Spa can be heated by visitors directly from app at any time.

Un lieu magique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cette sublime maison. Tout était parfait et jusque dans les moindres détails. Un lieu que je vous recommande particuliÚrement. TrÚs bien situé dans le quartier de la jolla. Une terrasse incroyable et une vue panoramique sur toute la ville. Un couché de soleil inspirant. Une décoration d'intérieur de trÚs bon goût et du matériel haut de gamme. De grands espaces, notamment l'immense salle de séjour et le salon / cuisine. Une propriétaire qui répond à vos messages trÚs rapidement et dont l'unique souhait, est que vous passiez le plus agréable des séjours. Un lieu à découvrir impérativement.

We stayed at this beautiful San Diego home for a girls’ trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself was amazin! It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed and we especially loved spending time on the pool and patio. The views too were absolutely unreal. Stephanie, the host, was fantastic! She was so accommodating and communicative, and it was clear she genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing Stay in La Jolla

This home was outstanding. The pictures are beautiful, yet do not show how amazing the layout, decor and view really are. There was plenty of room to spread out but also several areas to sit and have conversations. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, no matter what you were cooking. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and provided many lounges for the group to relax. Overall, the home was outstanding and would 100% recommend to anyone considering a stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This La Jolla home exceeded all expectations — from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern, professionally decorated interior and the stunning view of the bay. The pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying an evening swim. The host went above and beyond, leaving thoughtful touches like snacks, wine, and bottled water, which made us feel so welcome. We had a truly memorable family vacation, including with my 77-year-old mother and two teens, at this special home. Gorgeous views, spacious, and lots of special touches. Location is fantastic. Property is gorgeous and very well maintained.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This home was spectacular! The layout of the home was done to provide privacy but also for gathering of everyone in groups. There were many areas to just relax and the views were amazing! The gourmet kitchen made you want to cook and believe me there was nothing missing from that kitchen. The indoor/outdoor living was delightful. We enjoyed the pool and spa on a daily basis! The firepits were used on cool nights and were great conversation areas. The house was beautifully decorated and well furnished. We were greeted with snacks refreshments and fresh flowers! Who does that? Stephanie, our host, did! She was an awesome host and was very helpful in answering any questions we had and very promptly!We had a group of 10 people and everyone was thrilled with this house. The location was perfect and the views were unbelievable! I don’t know if we’ll be back in San Diego BUT if we ever visit again, this home is where I want to be!!

Best Stay EVER

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in La Jolla. We had out of town guests stay with us and every single person was impressed with the stay! Stephanie was an amazing host from start to finish. She had amazing communication leading up to our stay and during the stay. The house and property was super clean and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had anything and everything we could need. They even had an entire welcome binder that explained how to use all of the amenities and where to find remotes. There was no stone left unturned. We couldn’t have imagined a better place for such an important weekend with our loved ones. The view is also stunning!

A gem

This property was selected for a reunion of old friends who met 35 years later and boy, did it fulfill all our expectations! The house is tastefully decorated, with loads of space both inside and out. The floor plan is perfect for gatherings, offering variety and privacy at the same time. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed (including a lobster pot!). We fed 14 people with ease. The beds were comfortable, perfectly clean, just like the bathrooms and the rest of the house. All these should be enough to recommend this property but Stephanie deserves a special mention. She is gracious, helpful and genuinely interested in making your stay memorable. A 10, for sure (for lack of an 11)!

Perfect Stay!

We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4-8) and this was a perfect house for all of us! The location is ideal. A great neighborhood and a short drive to many tourist locations but every day the kids couldn’t wait to get home to the pool! This house has everything you need plus the perk of beautiful views and working fireplaces indoor and out. Stephanie is an incredible host answering questions very quickly and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Amazing place to stay

We just returned from our trip to San Diego and had an amazing time. The highlight of our trip was this house - it was absolutely breathtaking! The views were jaw-dropping! The house was beautifully decorated, yet still had the comforts of home. The location of the house was perfect - not too far from anything, yet nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was always very responsive and helped with all of our needs. She even had snacks waiting for us as well as soccer balls and frisbees for my teens to play around with. The pictures online and what we took ourselves do not do this home justice. It really is a wonderful place to vacation. I cannot wait until the next time we are able to come back to visit - we will be staying here! We made the house part of our vacation budget/allowance and it was worth every penny!

AMAZING!!

I hesitate to give this house such a grand review, only for selfish reason... for it to be available whenever we want tot go back. This home is truly better than t he pictures. The host was always so quick to respond / help and treated us with a welcome snack basket even. San Diego is a great treat, but this home - was the icing on the cake!

Luxury, Comfort, and Stunning Views - An Unforgettable Stay in San Diego

Our stay at Stephanie's property was absolutely amazing! The house was not only luxurious and high-tech but also exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. It felt like we were staying in a 5-star retreat. The steam sauna, heated toilet seats, and bidet added a level of comfort and indulgence that we rarely find, while the incredible view of San Diego made every moment unforgettable.Stephanie herself was a fantastic host—kind, incredibly hospitable, and always easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.This property is truly a gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Amazing

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculate La Jolla home. The indoor/outdoor living space is perfect. The view is amazing. Communication with Stephanie is like talking with a friend. The house has everything you need and even more. We were greeted with flowers, snacks, coffee and wine. We can't wait to come back again.

What a wonderful home, exceeded expectations. Every amenity one would want. Spaces for adults and teens to have separate activities. Outdoor spaces were very much enjoyed even on the cold evenings by the fire pit, spa a great asset for the teens. We were 6 adults and 4 teen boys. Views wonderful and location excellent no more than 20 mins for points of interest. Great response from owners. We are still talking about this family reunion.

Christmas Family Vacation

Thirteen family members gathered for a wonderful holiday reunion. Only seven of us (ranging from 13-80 years old) slept at the house due to logistics. Five of the bedrooms were very comfortable; the one with the sofa bed was too small and cramped to accommodate anyone in our group, although it could work for two children. The house with its open concept was perfect where adults could talk by the fireplace, game players gather at the large dining table, and teens watch movies in the den all at the same time. The amenities (there were more spices than at home!) are beyond description and the Welcome Binders in each room were very helpful. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio by the fire pit watching the gorgeous sunsets. The house has just about everything that you would need. The host is friendly and accessible for questions. It’s truly a gem.

Beautiful home!

The property was everything we could have wished for. The management was gracious with the check in process, responded in a timely manner. We had plans to explore San Diego but ended up spending a majority of our time at the home instead due to all of the wonderful accommodations.

Amazing Home and Hosts

We had an incredible weekend for a military graduation. This home was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities and more needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful home!

Everything about this house was amazing! Clean, assessable to areas in San Diego, just as described. Everything you need in the kitchen as well, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking every night in the spacious, beautiful kitchen! Neighborhood is super quiet. Pool is wonderful. Communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation!
