Welcome Home
- We have plenty of ocean breezes through windows and doors. Like most homes in the area, we do not have central AC.
- Our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
