We have stayed at this property four times in the last two years. It has gone down considerably. This time, we stayed two nights, checked in, went to the room and it smelled od sewage. It was late so we sprayed air freshner and went to bed. In the morning it was worse. As we were leaving for the day, we advised the front desk that it was bad, please clean our room, and the floor around the AC was saturated with water. No problem! When we returned at 8 PM, everything was worse. We complained, nothing had been documented. We were given a new room. BUT....other people were moving rooms also. Here is my advice on this property.....RUN!

Cons- The hotel overall was not well maintained. Elevator panels were broken/physically falling apart. Floors in lobby were black and sticky (it was not raining). It had a weird smell throughout hotel including the room. Pro- The room was spacious and staff was nice.

The hotel was old and the doors, were rusted, the shower had cracks in the wall, For the coffee pot they gave you one coffee pot, one packet of Cramer and one packet of sugar. the TV barely came on and when it did it was hard to navigate probably needed some updates in the software or something. the carpet had bleached stains all up and down the hallway it was hard to look at, the floors in the bathroom, in the elevators in the comma areas look like it needed to be mopped. the bed was of inferior quality and when you sat on the side of the bed with your feet rested on the floor the side of the bed was painful underneath your thighs. overall just was the bare minimum. they did have breakfast and you were able to eat, but it was high carbs. that included bagels, instant oatmeal waffles or a boiled egg.
