Cozy 65m2 apartment, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access). The property boasts a strategic position and is well served by local public transport: about 100 meters away is the bus stop and about 400 meters away is the Migliarina Station.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and three balconies. Possibility of finding free parking on the street.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, child's camping cot, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split air conditioning, and balcony access;

- BEDROOM 2 with three single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, fan, and balcony access furnished with a small table and chairs;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine, broom, dustpan, floor cleaner, and vacuum cleaner;

- THREE BALCONIES (the one off the bedroom with three single beds is furnished with a small table, chairs, and an awning).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, fan, central heating, split air conditioning (master bedroom, kitchen), mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.

Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.

Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Just a few kilometers from the Tuscan border, La Spezia is a must-see destination in Liguria. The city is located at the center of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Ligurian coast, the Gulf of Poets, which has captivated artists and poets. The entire province of La Spezia, nestled between the sea and the mountains, is characterized by dreamy beaches, cliffs, villages, and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the gateway to some of Italy's greatest wonders, such as the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but also boasts noteworthy attractions in the city center (once you reach the center, you can easily explore the city's various attractions on foot).

The apartment is located in the Migliarina neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the Migliarina train station.

- Cathedral of Christ the King: 14 minutes by bus;

- Port: 17 minutes by bus;

- Palazzina delle Arti and Lia Museum: 22 minutes by bus;

- Cinque Terre (in decreasing order of distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Rio Maggiore): 52 minutes by bus + train to Monterosso al Mare;

- Porto Venere: 30 minutes by car;

- Lerici: 18 minutes by car.

- From Pisa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Pisamover shuttle from the airport to Pisa Central Station, from where you need to take the regional train to La Spezia Migliarina station (9 stops), a 5-minute walk from the apartment;

- From La Spezia Central Station, you can reach the apartment by bus no. 9 to the Migliarina Chiesa stop (14 stops), a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- For those traveling by car, free street parking is available about 250m from the property (3 minutes walk).
