A cozy apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, located in a prime spot: close to downtown, the ferry terminal, and Porto Mirabello—ideal for exploring the area’s attractions and the nearby Cinque Terre. Just a short walk away is the picturesque seaside promenade, where you can enjoy the view and the lively atmosphere of the waterfront. Additionally, the central station is only a 10-minute bus ride away, making it easy to get around the city and travel to other tourist destinations.



The 56-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible): please note that you must descend half a flight of stairs once you reach the floor.



The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and conventional oven

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double sofa bed, TV, and split A/C

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, and split A/C

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower stall



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The apartment is strategically located, ideal for getting around and for any type of stay. Just a short walk away are Porto Mirabello and the ferry terminal, perfect for visiting the area’s wonders, such as Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.

The city center is within walking distance and offers a variety of cultural attractions of significant importance, such as the Lia Museum, San Giorgio Castle, the CAMEC (Museum of Modern Art), and the Naval Museum. The seaside promenade, also in the immediate vicinity, offers the chance to stroll while admiring the picturesque scenery from its beautifully maintained public gardens. All essential amenities are within easy reach: a café, supermarket, and pharmacy are all located within 400 meters.

FERRY TERMINAL: 5-minute walk from the apartment - Ferries to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria, and Lerici.



The renowned Cinque Terre is easily accessible by train (numerous trains depart from the central station throughout the day and night for all destinations in the Cinque Terre) and by ferry or car. However, it is recommended to take the train or ferry, as they are faster and avoid any potential parking issues.



Paid parking is available in Piazza Europa at Europa Park, a 15-minute walk (1 km) from the apartment (open 24 hours a day).
