The outside of the hotel looks like it may be somewhat updated but that is not the case. The rooms have a haze to them do not smell clean at all. And of course what bad hotel wouldn't be complete with finding bed bugs at 2 am. I asked for a refund and was scoffed at as if it would be expected to find bed bugs. I even showed it to the front desk and yet they still act like it didn't happen. I would recommend to stay far away from this hotel (the Hampton inn nearby is quite nice).

The staff and breakfast were terrific. The room had a horrible odor and was somewhat clean, but could use some more attention to detail. You could tell everything was dated and really hadn't been kept up. I purchased a soda from the machine which was flat and found the date was from 2022, so went to the nearby gas station to purchase items.

My room needed a deep clean. The tables and counter tops were sticky and dirty. The bedroom carpet was stained and the accent pillow and tapestry on the bed were definitely not washed from previous guests.

I picked this hotel from the others in town due to the reviews on expedia. I was sadly disappointed upon check-in and saw the room. My initial thought was this place is dirty, the carpet had all kinds of stains on it and did not smell as if it were clean either. Upon further inspection of the room, we noticed that the window was wide open (no screen) and the window had led out onto a canopy roof, which then led me to think if there was a squatter in the room and how SAFE was it. All in all we were on a cross country trip from PA to MT and stayed in hotels each night and this one was by far the dirtiest and also the most expensive. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place and look elsewhere.

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed, nor was the room vacuumed. The bathroom not clean either, floor was filthy, hair shavings in sink. Dirty dishes in the sink. Paper towel empty. Basic cleanliness neglected. They were booked full so couldn't change rooms. Breakfast was not bad but the dining area seemed dingy and dirty. I would not stay here again. Everything seemed run down, dirty and neglected.
