This home is located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, kayaking , paddle boarding/ boating along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Important things to note:
🐾 Pet Owners: Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed with a few additional rules. Include dogs in the booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash when they are not on the property.
-No wet dog in the house, & no dogs on furniture.

There's no washer or dryer

🛶 Kayaks, Paddle boards, Boogie Boards, etc are seasonal (once lake temp drops below 60 – these items are no longer offered).Typically May-end of October.

-This area of the lake has natural vegetation near the dock & surrounding islands.

✔️ We provide: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 TP per bathroom, sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 bundles of firewood, propane.

Important Lake Information: Due to an algae issue affecting a portion of the lake, boats and motorized watercraft are restricted from certain areas. Please do not operate or launch boats in the area. These restrictions help prevent the algae from being disturbed and spread by boat motors. We appreciate your cooperation in helping protect the lake.
