We have been staying at the Cove for many, many years. Overall still a great property and location! Could use a little refresh. Condo was “tired” and needs some updates. Pool area was good although an ant problem seemed apparent. Still great for a big group!

The two other rooms I saw were up to date and really nice. The room we got was in need of complete overhaul. Very shabby. We like the Cove very much in general and do recommend it.

The room was clean. The bathroom had some dirty spots both due to old age and insufficient cleaning. Shower head was dirty and had mold on it so I had to disinfect it. Other than that apart was clean. The room was spacious, starter supplies were ample, and coffee and tea were provided. Check in staff was courteous and welcoming.

The tub that have jets didn't work. There was no usb outlets. Plus the door pass stop working thirty min's before check out. Need to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get back to our room. Thank God my wife was still in the room so i could get back in the room.

The kitchen sink plubming loosend and there was water every where, had to change rooms. The new room was good but the tv wasn't a smart tv like the other room. I liked the 2nd room because it was wood floor instead of rug like the first. Also two of yhe stove ranges didn't work. I must say staff was great at fixing the situation as quivkly as possible. I will return

Really like this hotel. Stayed here before. In a great location near downtown. Staf was really friendly, room was clean. Only issue is the beds need to be upgraded as they still have old spring mattresses and the beds are pla ed right at the door. I wasn't a fan of that. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and roomy.
