The Space:
Master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has an attached Bathroom and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Master bedroom also has a Keurig coffee stand.
2nd bedroom is also located on the 1st floor.
2 king beds and a full bathroom is on the ground floor.
There is a pullout sofa in the living room that converts to a twin bed and can be used for additional sleeping space, if needed.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. There are couple of closets that are locked but rest of the house is accessible to you.
Other Things to Note:
Backyard has a pellet grill provided for your convenience (Pellets not included).
To turn on the grill,
1. Check power cord is plugged in
2. Put Pellets in the hopper on left
3. Press the ON button and put grill in SMOKE mode for few minutes
4. Adjust the temperature as needed
5. ENJOY
Please turn the grill off after use.
Home is in a wooded area about 12 minutes' walk to the lake. You will encounter wildlife near the house including small animals, deer and occasionally a bear as well. This also means insects can be present. We get the property cleaned and have pest control, but you might see insects in and around property especially during spring season.
Winter
We usually get decent snow in winter, so we recommend using all wheel drive. Snowplow service is contracted for snow over 2 inches, but timing is dependent on schedule/availability. Salt/shovels are provided, so please plan accordingly.
Liability Waiver: By booking and using our house, guests agree to waive any claims against the owner for accidents, medical conditions or other claims arising from their own use or that of their guests of the house amenities or hot tub.
