Gorgeous 6-bdrm lake farmhouse with EV Charger

Enjoy a morning coffee on the porch and watch the sunrise turn the lake into a sparkling diamond. Go kayaking/paddleboarding and grab lunch from the pizzeria across the street to eat on the brand new deck. Hike in the nearby Catskills mountains and trails. Enjoy al fresco BBQ dinner and make s'mores in the fire pit. Curl up with a book or play puzzles and board games. Have a movie night with freshly popped popcorn. Check out a show or an event at the nearby Bethel Woods. Relax and explore.

The house is big enough to host 2-3 families or up to 8 adults (NOTE: there's an add'l $50/adult/night charge for each adult over 8) looking for a country getaway. It's situated on top of a small hill, with views of the lake from virtually every window.

All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and adjoining rooms that have been set up as offices. A kitchenette with a laundry facility is also located on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen has been fully renovated with all new appliances. It's fully stocked with all the basic cooking needs, including spices, cooking oils and bakingware.

The common areas include a living room in the open plan area with the kitchen and the dining room, a separate library/games room stocked with books, puzzles and board games, a wrap-around porch and a separate side deck set up for outdoor dining, a new Weber grill and a Solo Stove.

The private lake access is about 3 min-walk down the street with a new deck, kayaks, paddle board and various inflatables and floats (we've stocked plenty of life jackets for adults, kids and babies - there's even one for a dog!).

Do plan to explore the nearby Catskills towns! Bethel, Narrowsburg and Callicoon are within 15 min drive from the house. Livingston Manor, Liberty, Eldred, Yulan, Jeffersonville, Roscoe and Forestburgh are within 20-30 min from the house.

Pets will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you are planning to bring pet(s), please send us a message with the size, age and breed of the pet(s). There is an additional charge of $25/night/pet. There is an XL pet crate and both small and large food/water bowls that can be provided on request.

Our driveway can fit up to 3 cars back-to-back (not side-by-side). If you need to bring more cars, please message us and we may be able to arrange something.
