Newly available in 2026, this home offers ample room and is ideally situated between Leland, Lake Leelanau, Northport, and Suttons Bay. Enjoy easy access to Traverse City (30 min) and the stunning Sleeping Bear Dunes (35 min). Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private outdoor area with a grill and fire pit under the stars. With a king and twin bedroom on the main floor, another king and twin bedroom upstairs, and a basement game room/twin bedroom, there's space for everyone.

Great for a group to spread out and have privacy! There is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom on the main floor. Another king bedroom and twin bedroom on the second floor. Along with a game room on the lower level that has 2 twin beds.

Location was perfect for exploring both sides of the peninsula. Beds were comfy and bathrooms handled our group. Only issue we had was a handful of outdoor bugs getting inside - but that’s part of the risk being so close to nature! Would definitely stay here again.
