"Very old building, room was clean but carpet is worn out, dining was non existent. Pool area very diry, garbage was overflowing the bins. Outdoor furniture broken. The garage access did not work. Staff was helpful especially the Starbucks employee. "

"We had paid for this room over $200. It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was a handicap room and the bathroom was old and ugly. It had a shower chair (we are not wheelchair or handicapped). We had to call the front desk because it was 1 am and the noise in the room next to us was unbearable! We got charged the $75 incidental charge (when it was supposed to not go thru upon check out. Also, per our reservation-we were to get 20% off self parking. We got charged $15.00. We will not stay there again!"
