My stay was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. When I called ahead to ask about accessible food options nearby, the woman who answered was rude and told me to “look at a map” instead of offering any help. Upon check-in, the staff at the desk were also unfriendly. The issues continued in my room—there was no hot water at all. I reported it in the morning, but by the time someone said they would send maintenance, it was already time to check out. To make things worse, when I opened the pull-out sofa, it was filled with pieces of fried chicken. I honestly don’t understand how this property has so many positive reviews given my experience. Between the rude service, lack of basic amenities, and unsanitary conditions, it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

When I landed I did not know that the shuttle was complementary in addition to having free breakfast was plus. My room was well up kept and clean for the most part. I did not appreciate the yellow stains in the tub I had in my room. I assume that comes from heavy foot traffic. I will say there’s a lot of foot traffic from Disney to just simple layovers. Plus you get new towels every single days which I loved! Lastly the strip has a plethora of places to eat. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I believe it need a better upkeep other than that I recommend.

No problems with the hotel itself. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My issue was having to call twice to be picked up at the airport. We got in at 11pm. After getting our luggage I called for the shuttle at 1130pm. The phone rang and rang, then went to music. Finally someone answered and told us where to meet the shuttle. At 1155pm, I called again, same thing. Was told the shuttle was on the way. After 10-15 minutes, the shuttle finally showed up. The ride was somewhat scary. The driver seemed to be in an extreme hurry. Going very fast and wasn't very friendly. In the morning, different driver, wasn't bad at all. The overnight desk clerk was very nice.

Comfortable, large room. Easy for 2 people to work in the room. My pet peeve is carpet and this property has carpets in the room. Not overly clean but relatively clean room. Free breakfast was OK. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value for the money.
