This property has a 4pm check in whereas others have 3pm. Room was not ready until after 430. Parking lot has no clear walkways tha you have to navigate through if going to and from vehicle. Onsite coffee shop is a disaster, understaffed and poorly, food order was incorrect for nearly everyone. Pool was nice and the proximity to Universal makes this property ok, if not for that we would stay elsewhere

We were quite impressed with the hotel. The location, organization, and friendly staff make the difference. The only suggestion for improvement would be cleanings of windows in lobby and surrounding areas. Aside from that, we have no complaints.
