The staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very nice. My only issue is the parking situation. On Travelocity, there wasn’t any instruction that you needed to go inside to check in or that you could do a virtual check in so you don’t need to pay for parking. As this is not clear, we ended up paying for parking for 2 vehicles plus had an additional parking fee taken out of the incidentals charge.

The Hilton double charged me for parking which should not be a thing even with the gate. Parking should be available to those staying then for free. They should not make a habit of price gouging their guests

I didn’t know there was a $33 per day parking fee, that would have been good to know at reservation. The elevator was out for awhile and we had to walk up to the 12th floor. The rooms were old and out dated.
