It was clean and well accommodated! Staff upon arrival was kind, friendly and patient. We had a fiat level room, that was ADA friendly. It wasn’t needed, but not a problem. The only issue we had was that the inner curtain wouldn’t close completely, so had to “rig it” closed so that the outside couldn’t see in. There was an airplane that alarmed me out of sleep, but that’s to be expected since this was an “airport hotel”.

No check in until 3 pm, long line up and it took 45 min to check in!!! luggage storage $15 + tax. Reception not very friendly. The other room my sister stayed has terrible smoky smell. Room rate is reasonable. Not much public sitting area. Large room though with microwave and refrigator. Ok to stay for 1 night.

We really appreciated the airport shuttle to the hotel. We had a short walk to dinner at Longhorn Steak House. The pool was nice, and breakfast was quick and convenient.

Our room was poorly refreshed with no facecloths left as well as hardly any toilet paper. When we discussed this with the cleaning manager we got nothing in response. As well, the free shun had no driver so we had to wait for an Uber. We had to wait 15 Minutes to get checked in as there was nobody on the desk. When one finally arrived, no apology received. Very poor overall staffing there.

Decent rooms and clean. A king bed should cost more than 2 queens. And getting hit with a parking fee of $10 isn't cool to surprise people with upon arrival.
