Everything was durty the lobby the rooms, The lobby reeked of piss. The room horrible nasty the floor the bed, the staff so rude also is too high the proce and also charge you for the parking. If you dont want lose your money dont rent there

Cant chk in early saying they have no room open but if you pay $40 more they let you in! Cost extra to store your luggage if arrive early before chk in time. Our room needed good vacuuming, toilet smells & found out someone poop not flash it-told the front desk. Requested for couple hrs later chk out because our flight got delayed was told no because they are fully booked but offered to stored our luggage & I said no thanks. The shuttle ride was great & driver was very polite. Not recommending!

It was clean and well accommodated! Staff upon arrival was kind, friendly and patient. We had a fiat level room, that was ADA friendly. It wasn’t needed, but not a problem. The only issue we had was that the inner curtain wouldn’t close completely, so had to “rig it” closed so that the outside couldn’t see in. There was an airplane that alarmed me out of sleep, but that’s to be expected since this was an “airport hotel”.

Room staff was rude. Only gave 2 towels for the 2 rooms booked. When saw in the hallway and asked her for more towels since we had 6 people , she said I had to call room service. I told her why because she had more towels in the cart. She was rude!!

I started to take a bath and maintenance came yo ask if I had called we had not. They came back again asked the same thing. We explained again we did not call. They came back a 3rd time and said they needed to fix the tub it was leaking in the room below mind you I was in the tub very annoying
