The staff are always friendly and professional. Location is convenient and hotel is clean and in good condition. Drawbacks this visit was no mini coffee maker in room. Found out those are now by request only. I did have one last stay. They have a comp breakfast buffet where you can get coffee, I just like to have a cup first thing while getting ready. Also didn’t see any fresh fruit on the buffet. But it looked tasty.

We were greeted by Yvonne at the front desk, she was amazing and helped us with all of our needs. It is always great to get the welcome dinner and drinks and also the breakfast in the morning. If we are ever in Las Cruces again, we will stay here.

There was no hot water. I ran the shower for over 25 minutes. The shower had black stuff coming out of the pipes and was all over the tub and the soap dish holder, I contacted the front desk, no other rooms available. They are supposed to credit the room charge.

Convenient location just off the I-10. Easy on/off access. Shopping/food nearby. Bar has a nice happy hour with hors d'oeuvres and comp cocktails! Staff is wonderful. Very friendly checking in and out! Felt safe staying here, big plus.
