Under remodel for a long time. The room looked quickly remodeled. Housekeeping came into our room after check in stating the room hadn’t been inspected. Pillows were flat. Fire alarm went off. Overall not a comfortable stay

We frequently reserve a suite here for our stays in las cruces. The rooms are large, the breakfast has a good selection of choices. We like to unwind with a dip.in the pool or soak in the hot tub before bed. Proximity to Walmart is great for any last minute items you may have forgotten for your trip.

Nice hotel. The hotel is a quarter mile from the Intrastate. There was drag racing on the highway three times after midnight. Staff was excellent.

TV service is terrible, no real channel guide, no way to change channels without running through the whole list of channels. Basic channels, like local ABC affiliate not available Microwave was in French and useless to a non French reader.

Property is a little loud being so close to the freeway. Overall, it was a nice enough stay but the facility itself is in need of a refresh...looks a little beat uo for a Hampton Inn. They appear to be addressing this problem now.

My reservation included an "accessible room". I wonder what this might mean. There were no grab bars in the shower; none around the commode. There was no toilet paper holder. We were told that there was construction going on only when we arrived at the hotel. No information about ongoing construction prior to that and, as a result, no ability to modify or change reservation. Among other things, we were awoken at about 6:30am to the sounds of workmen. In our opinion it is quite manipulative and irresponsible to inform potential customers only upon arrival that there is ongoing construction.
